Downtown, small quaint hotel. Breakfast was not the best. Potatoes were cold, they ran out of beans and said after we were done eating, they would make more in 20 minutes. Too late then.

Just got back from our trip to Quebec City with my wife. We loved Hotel Champlain. The staff was always helpful. They spoke both French and English. Our room was very comfortable. The location was walking distance from everything. I took beautiful walks at the Plains of Abraham and the Governor's Promenade over looking the St. Lawrence River that were very close by. There's a nice jazz club two blocks away and the historic Morrin Center just across the street. We had a great trip and highly recommend Hotel Champlain.
