Great spot in Windsor Ontario.
Nice hotel with a friendly staff. Parking garageis a little weird - behind the building and serving multiple venues, but it worked.
This hotel does not actually have parking. The lot provided is an unmonitored municipal lot, where your car is a sitting duck for smash & grab theft. Hilton shield themselves from liability with a sign on the wall. Unbelievable for a premium hotel brand to have no safe plan for your vehicle. All in all, it cost me thousands to stay here.
Have to say that I was dealing with Renee as I was booking a room for a corporate guest. She was incredibly helpful for my current needs and was quite helpful letting me know about assistance for my future needs. She’s an awesome representative of your brand.
I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Windsor. The front office team truly made our experience special, especially Jessica. She went above and beyond by arranging our room before the official check-in time, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Jessica also kindly helped us with paying our parking tickets and made sure we received one of the best view rooms possible. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The entire staff was welcoming, humble, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality created a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.
