DoubleTree by Hilton Windsor Hotel & Suites

Stayed here last night. The rooms are VERY clean which is nice. It has a Nespresso machine in the room which is also nice. Nice showers. Some of the drawbacks were the bed (in my opinion). I had the worst sleep or my life. Way too soft, no support. The bedding had a strong bleach scent. And I went down in the morning to ask for cream and a couple coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and they said they'd send them up to our room but forgot about us. We ended up checking out a couple hours later. All in all it was decent hotel for the price. But I've stayed at some of the other ones near by and preferred them.

Nice job Hilton! Friendly staff, great restaurant, clean (very clean) facility, convenient parking, great centralized location and you have to get the water view room! I travel with Hilton quite a bit and I think this place is a gem!

Room and location is very good but today when we go for breakfast at 9:10am the waiter said as there is Mother day’s brunch we can’t accept you only take out breakfast. It was so frustrating and bad for this hotel. Room 428

We had one of our blindspot review specialists stay at this location and they experienced that the staff at the front desk during check in/check out were welcoming and friendly, provided a room upgrade, the room was very clean and comfortable, great amenities and view. Our only recommendations would be to have more toiletries available.

Went here with the wife and kids for a 1 day little getaway. Room was really nice and clean, view was awesome price wasn't very bad. Accommodations were very nice. They had a good gym, a nice pool, restaurant inside and being so close to the tunnel you're right there In the heart of Windsor so everything is very close mostly bars though.

Very good view from the Hotel ,Good service ,Much better now . For long stay if they add a full sized fridge it would be better
