😢 I didn't have the best experience. The hotel looks nice and is well located, but it has many flaws. 👎🏻 • My biggest complaint was that they supposedly have parking, but in reality, they tow your car to another hotel 15 minutes away, and it costs $200 per day (which means 30 to 40 minutes of extra gas every day). • On the first day, the bathtub didn't have hot water, and the drain plug didn't work. • They have a bar on the terrace that keeps you awake from Thursday until 2:00 a.m.; no room is spared from the noise, either because it's next to the bar or because of the sound from upstairs. And be careful if you get a room on the first floor, next to the reception desk 🤣, since the ground floor is a restaurant.

It looks so beautiful online, I even got excited looking at the photos; it seemed so classic. But what a surprise! My husband and I arrived and settled in. Everything was fine (except for the bathtub, which looked like it had limescale buildup). We went out to eat and came back around 9 pm. We turned on the TV, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working (they told us it was generally down). Plus, if we wanted to watch Netflix, YouTube, etc., we had to log in with our accounts. The icing on the cake was when we turned on the air conditioning, and it started dripping from the ceiling onto the bed. They had to move us to another room. My husband told me to turn on YouTube, but I preferred to go to sleep; I didn't feel like doing anything anymore. And the worst part is, we still have one more night...😖

The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is fantastic. The terrace is great, although if you're upstairs it can be a bit noisy since they close it at 2 am. We were downstairs and couldn't hear a thing. There might be some minor maintenance issues in the rooms, but other than that, it's an excellent place. We're not giving it 5 stars because the internet wasn't working that night and we couldn't watch episode 8 of Digital Circus (my wife's opinion).

Amazing service and staff. Yes there is a restaurant and bar upstairs so keep that in mind when booking but it was no problem for us at all. The place could use some upgrades but the attention and attentiveness of the staff really makes up for up. Would book again.

There are plenty of other options in Puebla around this location if you are looking to stay close to the zocalo. The hotel plays music very loud all day, and until past midnight. You can hear the music very loud in the rooms, if you are looking to rest this won’t work. The rooms are old and very humid, the mini barely blows air. The lighting in the room is very dim and the tubs are rusty and old. The floor was dirty, the towels are old and stained as well as the sheets. I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

It's very unpleasant that a boutique hotel, supposedly designed for relaxation and tranquility, is so noisy you can't even sleep because of the racket from the rooftop bar; the windows rattle and it's impossible to get any rest...

The rooms need maintenance, but the staff service is good. There was no hot water and it took over an hour to get it out.

There’s a club upstairs and a restaurant downstairs, which means incredibly loud music all night making it impossible to rest, plus the smell of food all day long. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The service was great though—the staff isn’t the problem. The hotel itself is just a terrible experience.

Might have been nice, but with the unbelievably loud music from the terrasse on the roof, it makes the experience horrible. Stay away. There are to many better options in Puebla.
