St. Kitts Marriott Beach Resort, Casino & Spa

I had a superb time at the Marriott. Your heart’s desires are accommodated at this luxury hotel. They had lots of good quality eateries and restaurants. Three wonderful pools, easy access to the centre of st kitts and other beautiful beaches. Plus the service from staff was 5 star. Our room was delightful - very spacious and clean. Cons I took off one star because of the unexpected charges and opaque costs. For example, be prepared to have 500 USD deducted from your bank card as a safety deposit, upon arrival. It was credited back on the day of departure however, but it was unexpected. Also the pricing structure of the restaurants was interesting. What you see on the menu (price-wise), is not always what you end up paying. Read the small print so you aren’t surprised when you end up paying double than expected.

Nice amenities. Beach was on the Atlantic side, nice but water had a lot of seaweed. The best part was getting a massage on the beach.

It’s right by the ocean but not able to swim in the beach due to so much seaweeds, but swimming pools very nice. The breeze from the ocean helped to cope with hot weather. Most restaurants and market is walking distance.

It was rough! It was a odor in our villa had to relocate. Bellhop were lazy. Manager did attempt make things right

OUR 27TH ANNIVERSARY!!!!the beach front location,close to the strip where u can go (walking distance) and explore different restaurants,the staff super friendly....our bartender was the Best Corvette,10 out of 10 for her!!!!

Resort was not all inclusive. We didn’t find that out until after we arrived. Another couple also received the same false information. Few food options at high prices. Limited activities since we don’t gamble. Large resort that had few guests. Some of the floors were a bit scary since they seemed vacant. I recommend staying in one of the small apartments that have kitchen facilities and packing basic food and buying groceries down the road.

As the mother of the groom, I dreamed of my son's wedding day for years. Unfortunately, the wedding coordination at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort & Royal Beach Casino was one of the biggest disappointments of our lives. Our families traveled from all over the world to celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime event. Instead, guests were left standing outside in the heat until the bride's mother and I insisted the reception area be opened. During the ceremony, the officiant repeatedly blocked the photographer's view, leaving many of the professional photos and videos we paid for obstructed forever. The most disappointing part wasn't that mistakes happened—it's that after months of trying to resolve our concerns, no meaningful accountability or goodwill gesture was ever offered. We were simply told the resort had fulfilled its contractual obligations. You only get one wedding day. We can't get ours back.

1. Filthy 2. Cockroaches 3. Ants in the bedroom 4. The flooring is disgusting 5. Felt unsafe 6. Really dirty beach full of seaweed 7. In-room dine takes forever like they take over 2 hours to deliver. 8. A foul smell in bedrooms that won't go away no matter what They gave us a room in their cockershell house building near the beach club, the building felt so scary with no other guests staying in that area while we were there, I had a sense of insecurity all the time. Also, the rooms always felt dirty no matter what, the flooring and the uneven grout in the bedroom and also in the washroom made me feel sick. The bath tub looked like it was from the 80s and barely looked clean. 2/10 I would never stay here again there are better places in St Kitts.
