Terrible customer service, bouncer almost dislocated my shoulder and my neck aches from them forcefully restraining me. I was waiting for some friends and they nearly chucked me down the stairs a huge 7 ft tall bouncer went flying on his butt down the stairs while I struggled to get free from these agressive bouncers I was willingly wanting to exit and would've walked out fine if they didn't literally pick me up off the ground with excessive force I have the right to grab my friends before leaving ur club. If you're looking for a fun night by all means party wherever you like, but if you care about who you give your business too I would take it elsewhere there's many other bars in the area some even owned by the same business with respectable staff working at them :) What began as a fun night turned into a traumatic event for me and my fiancee that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.. I would highly recommend retraining of your staff on how to deescalate a situation it seemed they had some pent up stress and took it out on me and my body

Save your money and go literally anywhere else. The 'games' they have are fun but they are predatory pricing, it displays one thing but charges another. And seriously, get a new DJ or music, what is this terrible music??

My 1st drink was a vodka coke w/lemon and it was the worst drink I’ve ever had for $10.74. My 2nd drink was a double vodka Red Bull and I was charged $28.63. This place will rip you off lol

As I’m reading the other reviews it looks like we all had a similar experience. Really unprofessional bouncers would not take my valid US identification, even threatened to take my property to keep it. They are not trained or professional at all, one of them even flipped me off. Never coming back to this venue again and anyone that is considering going there I suggest trying a different venue.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Karma in Boise. My friend was refused entry by the bouncers simply for using her American passport as ID. They incorrectly claimed it wasn’t U.S. issued, despite it clearly being valid. Their behavior was rude, dismissive, and felt racially motivated. I do not recommend this venue due to their unprofessional and discriminatory conduct.
