If I could give it zero stars I would. I'm not a super picky person at all. I just wanted somewhere safe and clean to sleep. I don't feel safe here at all and its filthy. The lobby looks okay, but the second you walk out of the elevator on the second floor, its a completely different story. I feel like this is very deceptive. The floors look like they havent been vacuumed since the place was built and duct tape holds the carpet together. There are poorly patched holes everywhere and drug addicts in the hallways. In our room, the furniture is stained and ripped, the temp control doesnt work, and the windows lock is flimsy. If we could afford to book a different hotel for the second night I would. This is horrendous.
They let me use their restroom. I had to go really bad. ♥️♥️♥️
If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. The condition of this property was extremely disappointing and far below any acceptable standard. The room was filthy, with used tissues left in multiple areas, dirty carpets, and sticky floors that made it clear the space had not been properly cleaned. I book a double queen (2 beds) and when we arrived we were given a 1 queen room. Thankfully one of our kids decided to not come, so we managed. The pool and hot tub area was also unkept, dirty, and not in working order. Despite the condition, the hostess actually recommended that we use it, which was concerning and unacceptable. The entire property felt run down and neglected. Cleanliness and basic maintenance should be the bare minimum for any hotel stay, and this place failed on both. I would not recommend staying here. What a waste of time and money.
My mom stayed at this place for a whole one night before cancelling. I’ve had friends and family stay here in the past and it wasn’t nearly as dirty and rundown as back then. First off-there were cigarette butts overflowing into the parking lot, the doors are not securely locked by swiping your keycard anymore, the elevator was incredibly dirty with handprints and other unidentifiable dried substances, the hallway leading to her room reeked like fish or brussels sprouts, and the room is an entirely different matter. I’ve never seen such a dirty/messed up room in my life. Stained carpet, tv stand falling apart, uncleaned tub, dirt on the bathroom floor, dust under the bed, balcony screen ripped in multiple areas, cigarette butt on the balcony, mold, spider webs, and more dried liquid on the balcony, stained arms and headrest on the only couch, one ripped pillow, and one dirty pillow with fingerprints. I was scared to sit ANYWHERE. The front desk wasn’t much help in the matter either. The woman said she would have a replacement room for my mom the next day. When my mom went to the front desk the next day to move over to that room, the woman said she didn’t have one available afterall. My mom asked for her refund and left at that point. She still hasn’t gotten her refund. I never leave reviews unless it’s warranted, and this was absolutely terrible. I’m disappointed and disgusted at what this hotel has become. Just spend the extra money to stay anywhere else but here.
I can look past a lot of deficiency when booking a budget hotel, but room not being cleaned thoroughly and dried biological material on the bathroom walls and door is hard to ignore. Overall little run-down. Three different exterior doors I went through (lobby rear door, pool area, east hallway entrance), had non-working locks and I either just pulled open without key card swipe or were propped open so little bit safety/security issue.
A third less the price clean modern very friendly pets ok breakfast was amazing
