From the moment we walked into Aura Rooftop, we had such a great experience. We were actually a full hour late for our reservation due to travel delays, and the hostess was incredibly kind and accommodating. She was able to get us seated promptly, which we truly appreciated! Of course, I definitely wouldn’t expect that kind of flexibility on a busy night, so we were very grateful. Then came Jillian easily one of the highlights of our experience! She greeted us with the warmest, most uplifting energy and genuinely seemed excited to have us at her table. She walked us through the menu, shared her personal favorites, answered our questions, and made recommendations without ever making us feel rushed. There’s a difference between someone simply taking your order and someone who genuinely adds to your dining experience, and Jillian absolutely did the latter. She was personable, attentive, knowledgeable, and just had one of those personalities that makes you feel welcomed. If you visit Aura, ASK FOR JILLIAN! She deserves all the recognition. We weren’t drinking that evening, so we decided to try two of their specially crafted mocktails, and they did NOT disappoint. They were beautiful, refreshing, and still gave us the fun “rooftop cocktail” experience without the alcohol. The atmosphere itself is breathtaking. The décor is gorgeous, and for a moment I genuinely felt like I was sitting somewhere on vacation rather than right here in the good ol’ South. It’s definitely a beautiful spot for a date night, girls’ night, or just an evening when you want to enjoy the city from a different perspective. For food, we tried the shrimp ceviche. It was fresh and good, but pretty basic nothing that necessarily blew us away. Still enjoyable, though! Pricing was also reasonable for the setting. Two specialty mocktails and an appetizer came to around $45 before tip, which was about what I expected for a rooftop experience like this. Overall, we really enjoyed Aura Rooftop, but Jillian is what took our experience from good to memorable. Great service can completely change the tone of an evening, and she did exactly that. Her positive spirit, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality deserve to be recognized. Jillian, you have our vote! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my time visiting and both Trevor and Jillian gave the most exceptional of service. We were immediately seated and given great drink suggestions. The views are beautiful as well as the drinks. I will absolutely be back!!! The place is also well kept and clean.

Trevor and Jillian were both amazing and made sure we were always well taken care of! Loved the rooftop spot and drinks were delicious. Would absolutely come back again :)
