Extended Stay America Suites- Chesapeake - Greenbrier Circle

If anyone been to my reviews, they know that i'm upstanding, and that tells the truth. This is the manager a extended stay. I was religiously profiled, prior to the manager coming in, even though the company is paying him to be there at 9 o'clock. This manager did not come into the building around about because I don't have exactly ten thirty ten forty five. Because it was such a busy weekend in plants got all jumbled up. We arrived very early as well, I checked with the hotel and asked the question. If i'm early, can I pay to check in?? They stated yes. I got there approximately 8am or 8:30. The young lady I encounter was sweeter than a bell.I thought that this would be phenomenal.Even though there were people coming down with complaints about their room being a horrible nightmare. The young lady stated she had not even been working there for 2 to 3 days and please bear with her because it was supposed to be someone there with her.But she knew absolutely nothing.Of what she was doing, which there was no one. This poor woman didn't even know what the security deposit hold was. She was trying her absolutely best.Calling this incompetent manager. She was trying to put us in the room.She had four papers in her hand that said that they had rooms available. It was something wrong with the system.So it's a employee who lives full time there. Even though he wasn't on the clock, he came from his room and he incurred the era. She looked around helpless, she found that she'd in front of her that said that she could call this helpline for extended stay. What she did because prior to that, she had called the manager several times. No answer, no, call back no pickup.But mind you, she's supposed to be trained and not left there alone. In the process of her speaking with the help desk, they were about to take her step-by-step. She was on the phone with them.The person who came down out their room, who wasn't on the clock, spoke to the manager.But the phone is so loud.I'm standing at the counter.You could kind of hear his demeanor before even meeting him. The young lady found out the manager was on the phone.She was speaking on both phones that she told the manager.This young lady came to the dash.She's been kind.She's been traveling all night because we talk back and forth.I would like to get her in the room, but told him the problem. I couldn't hear everything, but I did hear the factor you see what time it is.Oh well I'll get there. Something about 12 o'clock, and it instructed them not to talk to the help desk to get me in, and he would handle it. There were several problems going on. All the while this manager is not there, he's texting her o.M w. The statements from the staff and other individuals there says, oh this is the norm. He usually don't get in here until sometimes 10:45 to 11:45. When he came in, I said, hello, i'm alicia.I've been waiting.I know they said it was a payment.I am willing to pay to come in early. I began to explain, it was a mishap with my travel. I am severely disabled. I am a diabetic. It is quite warm. There is really nowhere to sit or be comfortable while waiting for a room. He told me they were sold out the night before and they had absolutely no rooms. Clear difference from when the lady were holding the 4 papers that said they had a roooms. He proceeded to tell me if I didn't have those layers on.I may be a little cooler. Mind you, my proof is before he ever got there. I called in to the executive office of extended. Stay. It made a complaint. No one called back till this day. No one reached out after I left there with what happened. He went on to say, come back at twelve o'clock.So that's where these receipts are.We went and spent money buying cleaving supplies a little scared, but no other choice.Because it was sold out all over virginia.That weekend. Got back he he wasn't there the young lady once again called him, he said he'll get there.I waited another 45 minutes. I was there exactly around 12 he came back with a food instead of helping me.He stopped, he told her, go get me some plates...

Sam was amazing. We had a cancelation at another hotel and Sam helped get us booked and in our room for a 4 night stay.

Excellent staff! , clean rooms, Excellent coffee and grab and go muffins and cereal bars, friendly and kind and courteous, 10 out of 10 will stay again!

I was a guest at this hotel for four months. Their room cleaning leaves a lot to be desired long-term guest are supposed to get their room cleaned every two weeks that never happened, not even once. My last full month there it was not cleaned at all. The one time I did complain to the manager about it I was told I could leave. They advertise a free grab and go breakfast but much of the time you have to ask for stuff to be put out because they only put out a little bit at a time, and then nobody keeps an eye on it. Earlier this year, I stayed at one of their properties in Houston. They were even worse with the free grab and go breakfast. They never had it at all and their excuse was that they were waiting on the truck to come in to bring them their items that they put out. All in all I am not very impressed with Extended Stay America.

The staff is great. The room is very nice. I would recommend this place.

I alway check the room before settling in, to make sure if anything is wrong or damage, if so I would take pictures and contact the front desk. There's was a problem with one of the dresser draws, the lady at the front desk said they was aware of it. But overall it was a good and peaceful night. I'll be back
