Highly disappointed with this place. Had reservations for 6/19/2026 and after I drove over 2 hours to get there, they did not have a room for. They said they overbooked and I kindly walked out and went looking for another room and every hotel was booked for that weekend in the area. And to add insult to injury, they charged me as a no show after I had showed up. And after calling them on Saturday to explain the charge, they told me to call back on Monday to speak with a manager, which I did and that I would be refunded within a few days. I think i have been inconvenienced enough that I shouldn't have to keep calling them for something that I am not responsible for. Highly disappointed and frustrated with them.
Stayed at this location multiple times, and every floor smells like trash. Old rotten food and the flies we're nasty. Please do not stay at this location. Also housekeepers did not come every other day like they're supposed to when you stay multiple weeks. Employees told handicapped person to use the stairs with their dog.
If you're traveling for quality this is the worst hotel to visit, but if you want to slum it up for a few days, it's perfect. Every floor has that stench that smells like a gas station dumpster. This would be from a pile of trash that they leave in a designated room for each floor right next to the elevator. The trash will stay for days. This would explain the roaches that I promise you will see. The water pressure in this hotel is well below average. The convenience of their amenities are terrible. We were there for three weeks and promised new linen every day. And amazingly, we couldn't even get that. For portions of each day, hotel personnel will leave the front desk for hours out of the day. This sounds ridiculous, but when you confront the front desk on this, they point the finger at their manager and say he instructs them to do some of the things that they do. They have a side parking lot that still has remnants of COVID. I would think twice about staying here or just experience everything I just mentioned.
I can't believe you actually sent this to me. I don't have enough time to write how bad my stay was. Out of all the times I have stayed in this AREA, this was the worst.
I recently traveled to the Chesapeake area and stayed at this Extended Stay location. It was close to my work conference and the service I received was amazing. Mrs. Sally was very helpful and accommodating. She made sure to help me get situated.
Dru is a good guy and helps the best he can
