I have never stayed in a all black staff that's well trained professional by the manager. They treat you with welcoming arms and the room are always I said always clean. The hallways, gym room, lobby and parking lot. My check out the guy need a sense of humor 🤣 but thank you for good leadership 👏 👍 I pray that you guys keep up the good work God will reward you 🙏 🙌 Auntie Sheila Cunningham 😊 leadership become great, not because of their power but because of their ability to empower others
So I have been staying at this hotel for a couple of months now and I have to admit that the Front Desk Supervisor, Ms Adrian is Godsent. She always professional warm and inviting. She encourage me with my workouts and also very helpful when needed. She makes you feel like you staying with family not a hotel. YourSpace did a good job with her selection
I've never had a better experience at a hotel or Airbnb. We stayed here for a week and LOVED the in suite washer and dryer and the kitchen with full sized fridge. What stood out most was the customer service. Every single person that works here deserves a raise. They were incredibly kind and accommodating. My husband and I are tall folks and booked a queen room. After the first night we realized the queen was too small and the hotel staff graciously rebooked us into a double queen. They were so communicative and helpful throughout the move to rooms. I also have an invisible disability and required am accessible room. Some hotel agents will question whether or not I need the accessible room because they can't see my disability, which is always rude and sometimes humiliating. Not only did they call ahead of our reservation to ensure our room would have exactly what I need, they asked no questions and were just so kind. On top of it all, the whole property was spotless. My only tiny complaint is that the bathroom had very low water pressure
As a displaced military family traveling with a puppy, finding a place that truly feels welcoming during such a stressful and uncertain time has meant everything to us. Our experience at YourSpace Hotels has honestly been incredible from the moment we arrived. Every single staff member has been so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, (if I could remember all their names, I'd definitely shout each person out individually), but Sharnell especially has gone above and beyond to make us feel at home. She has been absolutely amazing to us and always brings such positive energy. Our puppy Leia LOVES walking past the front desk because everyone gives her so much love and attention. It really says a lot about the people here. The General Manager also deserves recognition because you can truly tell she cares deeply about the property and the guests. We constantly see her actively working, checking on things, and making sure everything runs smoothly. It is rare to see management that involved and attentive, and it makes a huge difference. They also genuinely listen to suggestions and seem to care about improving the guest experience. The rooms have been extremely helpful for our situation since we do not know how long we will be in one place. Having a full kitchen, full-size fridge, and washer/dryer in the unit has made life so much easier and more comfortable during all of this uncertainty. Even the support staff, including housekeeping and maintenance, have been incredibly friendly and helpful every time we interact with them. The building feels secure, and the location is perfect because it is close to so many restaurants, stores, and everyday necessities. This has been such a wonderful experience during a very crazy chapter of our lives, and we are truly grateful for everyone here. Thank you all for making us and Leia feel so cared for and welcomed.
