* There is a loud banging noise (usually called “water hammer”) coming from the adjacent restroom whenever the faucet is turned off. It may be caused by excessive water pressure, but regardless of the cause, the noise is very disruptive and can wake guests during the night. * One of the bedside lamps was not working. We reported the problem to the front desk on the day of our arrival, and when it remained unresolved the following day, I followed up to request an update. Despite these efforts, the issue was never addressed during our stay. * It appears that the bathroom mirror was replaced at some point, and in the process, the existing wall outlet was covered by the mirror, rendering it unusable. As there are no other electrical outlets in the bathroom, this created a significant inconvenience. * The room lacked both a closet and a dresser/chest of drawers for clothing storage. During our five-day stay, we had no choice but to keep our belongings in our suitcases and live out of them for the duration of the trip. * The Wi-Fi connection is intermittent and unreliable, which is especially frustrating when working online or streaming videos from a laptop connected to the TV via HDMI. Running network diagnostics returns the message, “Local Network Can’t Contact Gateway.” While a connection can sometimes be established, it often drops unexpectedly after a period of time. The service lacks consistency and cannot be relied upon for work or entertainment. I hope these concerns will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately, rather than receiving the standard automated response from management or the public relations team in reply to this feedback.
I was told my room would be ready at 3pm. My room didn’t end up being ready until 6:30pm. It was me and one other family waiting for our rooms. We were told it was due to house keeping being backed up. I didn’t get any compensation for the inconvenience. It caused me to miss an important event/meeting I had to be at. Rooms were clean and staff was nice just major wait problem.
Rooms are very clean, employees are nice and the shower is terrific. That's all you need for a bed in a box.
I checked in late at night and when I walked into the room it had two beds but one of the beds was already slept in the sheets were messed up . The lady working the front desk was very nice but said that they were full and there was no other rooms so I was basicly stuck in the room. It also had a terrible odor to it. Then to top it all off the smoke alarm went off at 2am. Location was decent but I wouldn't recommend as they weren't very accommodating and I was told that my situation would be sent to management in the morning but nobody bothered to show any concern in the morning or offer any compensation for a half dirty room that I paid over $100 for.
Absolute wonderful stay. Clean rooms, super friendly staff, easy in/out, nice property. Definitely worth the money and then some. Loved my stay!
Checks all the boxes. You will not be disappointed. Breakfast was very good . Good value for all the amenities.
