Dayton Vitality Hotel

We came for a wedding being held across the street and would highly recommend!! The staff was amazing and responsive / ensured we celebrated the bride and groom. It is walkable and close distance to many essentials!! No need to drive and everything we had was delicious, Go to Val’s Bakery won’t regret. We even got our hair down at Square One and they did a great job with good prices.

I came this past weekend for a wedding and I couldn’t find something to complain about even if I tried. The check in process was smooth, they make it easy and allow you to check in online prior to your arrival. I’d requested super early check in to which they accommodated with no hassle. The rooms were clean, house keeping came every morning which was nice to not have to constantly request them to come. The staff was always kind and helpful. The hotel was also very central to everything, there were so many cafes, and restaurants nearby which as an out of town guest was great.

I recently stayed at this hotel for my cousin’s wedding and had a great experience. The hotel was very accommodating with all of the events held on-site and after hours and was especially attentive to the guests’ needs. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for future events and special occasions.

I spent the past weekend at Dayton Vitality and had the most amazing experience! The front and housekeeping staff were attentive and welcoming, the lobby and rooms were clean and well furnished, and everyone was so accommodating while hosting our wedding party. The location was particularly convenient, only being a few blocks away from the wedding venue (dayton arcade), local cafes and restaurants, and the lovely square one salon! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back if I’m ever in Dayton again.

Easiest check in process at any downtown based hotel. Very responsive texting from staff and support. Cleaning staff came by to ask if we needed extra towels, sheets, water for our rooms. The hotel director Erica truly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. The meeting rooms and banquet spaces were neat and clean and the head chef and kitchen staff ensured that the breakfast items were all laid out and cleaned away. Jared worked tirelessly throughout our few days stay to ensure all of my guests felt well taken care of and that cleanliness was maintained before and after meal service in the banquet hall. We had our wedding downtown and hosted a few events nearby and spoke with many hotels before choosing this hotel for our guests who flew in from around the country and a flew internationally and after the incredible few days we know we made the right choice. If you are looking to book a place for your corporate events / weddings / family reunion this is the place to go. They are a newer property but they have the hospitality experience unlike any other team I’ve had to interact with to pull off a grand event like ours.

It is a nice, clean, convenient hotel! I stayed there for a wedding this weekend, and all of the staff were lovely and super accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area.

We stayed here for my boyfriend's brother's wedding with a huge family and multi-day event, I don't normally write reviews but the staff was just so lovely and accommodating that it's absolutely worth mentioning. Anything we needed from a random sharpie to make last minute signs, to a little extra wiggle room past late check-out they were human, kind and welcoming. Their front staff constantly hyped us up and complimented us on all of our outfits and even helped me carry things upstairs when I had too few hands. Erica the manager was fantastic. Just a huge thanks to all the staff, I produce a lot of events and this was one of the friendliest groups I've ever worked with.

Absolute worst hotel experience in my life. We were staying here the night before our daughter's college graduation at UD. So comfortable and sound sleep was important to us! Our hallway on the 10th floor had multiple rooms with unattended dogs in them that barked NON STOP for hours. I texted the number that texted me for check in, since they don't really have staff on hand... Someone replied back- "we will investigate this matter immediately! After multiple more texts back and forth, a security guard came up, but again... no action. I went down to the lobby in my pajamas about midnight - the security guard and staff person were just sitting there, talking to each other. Again, "they were handling it." I asked for us to be moved rooms to someplace quieter- but I was told we couldn't have 2 rooms and I would have to pack up ALL of our things and completely move rooms. The guests finally came back to the unattended rooms with barking dogs and then the loud rap music started. I did not get an hour of sleep the entire night. Our entire floor smelled like dogs. If you are looking for a night at the kennel, this is the spot. If whoever manages this hotel would like me to send the videos of the barking and noise, I would be happy to do so.

Very nice rooms and lobby area. But night staff wasnt helpful. No "hello" or "welcome in". Asked about the virtual key and it seemed as if the food they were eating was more important. And the security, both day and night shift was on their phone nonstop. Did not look at who was entering the building at all. But we did get a "have a nice day" from the front lobby lady when we left.

The room is fine. Not a fan if the industrial look and no carpet. The bath tub needs a grab bar as it is too hard to get in and out with the half glass wall on the it. The bed is comfortable. "Provided every 3rd day of your stay. Includes tidying, trash removal, bed made and towel replacement." This would be great if you left enough towels to begin with in the room. Two towels for two adults for three nights just doesn't work. The body wash in the shower was empty. I want my bed made up when I stay in a hotel. Thank goodness I am somewhat tech savvy. Would I recommend this place. Nope!!!

Poor upkeep of the gym. They didn’t checked what was needed like towels, hand sanitizer, and wipes. I called and they did replenished except for the sanitizer. Housekeeping will just unlocked the door without knocking when we have. or checked out. She didn’t apologized for entering without permission, just looked at us both and shut the door. Not sure if the housekeeping staff spoke English or understood!! We asked for handwashing soap which they replaced but he looked lost when I said something else. The location and garage was awesome.

Nice hotel, it was clean and nice. It was convenient to the convention center, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hard to park no carpets weird lighting..no phone...weird
