First of all do not check in with multiple rooms on one reservation. Their system is not equipped to handle that situation. The digitally printed door keys probably won't work and if they do work they'll probably quit sometime during your trip. Best option is to download your key into your Google wallet or Apple wallet. Just don't forget your phone everywhere you go. Including to breakfast. The rooms are acceptable but the whole hotel feels very empty. Some of the staff is fantastic some of the staff is ok. Breakfast is a standard hotel breakfast. No complaints there and the view is actually pretty nice send breakfast is done on the 9th floor. They are remodeling the 2nd to the 8th floor however I never heard any construction noises while I was on site.

Place was vacant when we walked in. Self service kiosk did not work. Literally no staff. No phone number. Automated chat bot was not helpful. Arrived at 7pm. Room was not ready with no explanation. When security guards showed up they were very upset I asked for help. Our bathtub was filled with water from the inside, like a waterbed. Would have contacted receptionist but this place chose an ai kiosk instead. Calling hotels to check for a receptionist from now on. I don’t even want to know what mold soup was contained within bathtub. Turn up sound!!!

Check the hotel policies before booking. You can probably find a better deal elsewhere.

I want to warn unsuspecting guests about this hotel and the surrounding area. The neighborhood feels unsafe, and there are real concerns about security. The hotel itself is also dangerous. The bathroom door feels like it could fall off at any moment, and the bathtub is made of thin plastic—it feels like it could collapse while you're using it. There is one out of 3 elevators working but it rattles on all sides and doesn’t feel safe at all. The stairwell is practically unusable and appears to be covered or wrapped in paper. Breakfast is extremely poor—just an egg sandwich that looks like it has been sitting there for who knows how long, and nothing else is offered. The only positive thing I can mention is that the staff and security are friendly and helpful. Overall, for the price, this place is absolutely not recommended

Virtual hotel. Person in lobby refuses to assist. When I said I was leaving if she was unable to help me she said good bye and did not care. Hotel looked empty and we needed 2 rooms.

If I could give a negative star I would. I wanted to stay there but the girl in the lobby refused to assist me. The company only text you when you call the phone number, so I went to the hotel to talk to a person the girl sitting in a chair next to the self check-in said that she couldn't tell me if rooms were available or what was available. I needed to go to the kiosks. They said well, since you're sitting here can't you just look it up for me? And she said no. This is a virtual hotel. We don't do that. You've got to do everything online. So I told her that I was going to go stay somewhere else then and she said well good for you. So even though there's a human there she refuses to interact except to tell you to go to the kiosk.
