Aspen Inn Suites Flagstaff Hotel

It is very obvious that the rooms were renovated recently, but it was done very poorly. They cut corners everywhere they could. Paint is peeling from the walls, light switches are not installed professionally, furniture is falling apart, and the layout of the bathroom makes absolutely no sense at all. The room is obviously not thoroughly cleaned. There is an off musty smell to the room and a good 10 years of dust on the back of the TV, and that's just what I've noticed in the first 30 seconds of being here.

Some parts are nice some not so. Had exposed wires shotty drywall patches cracked grout and calking. the lock was missing parts. The shower was nice along with the desk and furniture.

We have stayed here a few times when in Flagstaff. The experience is always nice. Clean room, very hot water, comfortable bed and the pool is welcoming on the warmer afternoons. Not having a real person experience in the office is probably the only complaint I would have.

My door wouldn't lock, maintenance sent Just banged on it to get it to work ( I want a job like that) Next day my door wouldn't open Told front desk clerk gave me an excuse that its the weather. Please for as much as you charge everything should work Stayed 2 days never got service to my room or clean towels Never again

My experience at aspen hotel was one of the grosses and disgusting experience I've ever had! I found poop stains on the outer blanket of my bed took pics and sent them to Maria the manager and she just tried to brush off like it was nothing like as if this wasn't her first time dealing with this type of situation.. I woke up to a red eye which I told her and she just kept saying there's nothing she could do for us. I wasn't asking her to do anything for us I had just explained that this had made me throw up and was disgusted by what I found!! STAY AWAY FFEOM THIS HOTEL IT IS NASTY THE ROOMS ARE DIRTY STAINS ON WALLS FLOORS DIRTY FLOORS 🤢🤮

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Hotel Aspen. The room was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-fridge. It was very quiet, and the views of the skies were beautiful. The location was perfect — centrally located with easy access to restaurants and short drives to nearby attractions. It was about an hour and a half to the Grand Canyon National Park and only about an hour to Sedona. We stayed for five days and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend Hotel Aspen to anyone visiting the area
