Shower was nice, didn't get to use the pool but it looked good, parking is bad, double parked people without enough room, staff didn't care, needs a good maintenance team, overall ok stay, bed was very comfortable

This was a very average to below average stay. The rooms are decent and spacious but overall service wasn’t the best. Our room keys kept not working and we’d have to get new ones, we booked 3 rooms and none of them were close, there was construction blocking the closest route to one of the rooms, they didn’t provide turndown service the first day and the second day knocked pretty early to ask and I didn’t even have a “do not disturb” placard to put on the door. No ice buckets yet there’s an ice machine and they offered a bag to get it. Two of the three microwaves were broken. They allowed cleaning workers to park in “do not park zones” which limited disabled users from entering their vehicles. Overall a weird experience - I wouldn’t return and plan to stay somewhere else next time I come.
