Extended Stay America Select Suites- Hartford - Manchester

This is the filthiest location so far. Staff have nasty attitudes, Manager is rude and sneaky. The hotel staff adds on fees that have nothing to do with you so they can charge you more money. Also, the manager gave me the nastiest attitude when I used a promo code to get a discount for my stay. All the rooms have mold & nothing is being done. Just don’t stay at the Manchester nor Farmington location

Rooms are clean the service isn't the best nice people but you have to pay extra for towels and cleaning services only came by once in the 15 nights I stayed and it was the day before I left they tried to come once before but I was just getting out of the shower on a Sunday they opened the door Sunday morning at 10am I was wearing nothing they didn't knock didn't announce themselves nothing and they raised their rates by alot the service doesnt justify the price. Train your employees to knock before entering and to say "housekeeping" simple concept, especially on a Sunday morning at 10am.

Hotel isn’t bad, but the location is not the greatest. The beds are springs and small, tvs are small, they have no breakfast, understandable but they charge you $40 for pots and pans and $20 for plates, cups, and cutlery so might as well have $60 plus tax just to cook the food you have paid for before hand or just eat out. Really weird experience not too interested in staying again, they try to charge you for every little thing like everything, like they are struggling to stay a float or something. You can be sleep and the front desk will be calling to kick you out no refund without even checking to see where the noises are coming from and an apology isn’t going to happen when they realize it wasn’t you, you just get side eyed the rest of your stay. I switched multiple rooms because it smelled like sex in them but there are a lot of night walkers around in the area so that sums it up. If you want a quick night stay this is the place other than that I wouldn’t stay here. They seem to be pet friendly but are on the guest that have them which is really weird as well. It seems clean but i wasn’t sure, when I asked for extra towels they seemed like they wanted to charge me for those as well. This seems to be a struggling location and they are getting every piece of change they can from their guests and it’s very uncomfortable. Making the overall stay uncomfortable. Would not recommend to families, single women, business or people who genuinely just want a quiet and peaceful place for a night or two.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, the rooms are so clean, the staff are friendly and respectful and caring, specially Sinthia and the manager at the front desk and she helped me with every question I had she was so wonderful, helpful and sweet!!!! As well as the manager she showed me every room that I ask for to choose the best for my disabled blind aunt. I can’t say enough nice things about this place and it’s because they’re caring workers. Thank you 🙏 for making me feel important and welcome, and most important meet all my needs❤️👍 Good Job Sinthia and the manager!!!!

I had a long drive and was exhausted. Cynthia was at the front desk to greet me with a huge smile. I had a rough day, so I appreciated her positivity. She quickly got me checked in, and pointed me in the direction of a nice place to eat. It's nice to receive great service from people like Cynthia. Then I went to my room, and everything was perfect! I'll definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Extended Stay America. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed during my visit. What really stood out was the excellent customer service from Coraima at the front desk. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a big difference and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I truly appreciate her outstanding service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this location!
