Dear Management, I am deeply disappointed and distressed by the experience I have had at this hotel today 29-05-2026. After spending 17 hours and 45 minutes traveling on a long international flight, I arrived exhausted, expecting to finally rest in the room I had booked. Instead, I was given what appears to be the smallest room in the hotel, and it does not resemble the room shown in the photos or described in the booking details. The room also has an unpleasant smell, making the situation even more uncomfortable. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because Wi-Fi was clearly listed as an included amenity. However, there is absolutely no Wi-Fi access in my room. To make matters worse, there is little to no network signal inside the room either. As a mother of a 6-year-old child, being able to communicate with my daughter is not a luxury—it is a necessity. Being unable to contact her because of the lack of Wi-Fi and network coverage has caused me significant stress and emotional distress. I repeatedly asked the front desk staff member, Ezequiel, for assistance. I requested either a room change or a solution to the Wi-Fi problem. Unfortunately, every time I asked, I received the same response: that nothing could be done, that this was the room assigned to me, and that the Wi-Fi issue could not be fixed before Monday. I was told my only options were to remain in the same room or accept a full refund. I also asked to speak with the manager. Ezequiel informed me that the manager, Cloe, was not answering and that I should simply send an email to the hotel if I wished to pursue the matter further. What has upset me most is not only the condition of the room and the missing amenities, but the complete lack of empathy and customer care. After such a long and exhausting journey, I expected understanding and assistance. Instead, I felt ignored, dismissed, and left without any practical solution. I have attached evidence of my long travel itinerary and screenshots showing the lack of network connectivity. Unfortunately, I cannot provide photographic evidence of the unpleasant smell in the room, but it is very noticeable and adds to the discomfort. This is my first experience staying at a hotel in Los Angeles, and it has been incredibly disappointing. No guest should arrive after nearly 18 hours of travel only to face these conditions and receive this level of customer service. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses this situation, not only for me but also to ensure that future guests do not have to go through the same experience. At this point, I feel emotionally exhausted and heartbroken by how this situation has been handled. Purely dishearten by the poor service and unresolved issue. Sad and disappointed guest, Salina From Dubai

I have stayed here many times but this will be the last time. I couldn't get on the internet and I needed it for my tablet. The young lady at the desk was helpful but couldn't stay connected. My shower wouldn't come on, I was told to pull hard on faucet.I did but the water barely came out and it never got hot. Thankfully I was only there for 2 days and could use the sink.

This place is amazing and I was here for a weekend trip. It’s close to everything and super walkable area and I slept really well in the bed here!!!!

Just a few steps from the beach, I loved it. Clean hotel room which had everything I needed. Super friendly staff, i felt so welcome. It would have been perfect for me, except the thin walls.. I couldn't sleep (despite having earplugs on every night) due to my neighbors simply talking in their room. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be for you.

There is a misrepresentation of the ocean view room on the website from what it really is.There is a whole two story house in-front of the room. Most hotels would call this a partial view and would charge less for the room or they would show a recent , true photo for the room view and be more transparent so the host can properly choose and get their money’s worth. This was very annoying! I sent an email to the supervisor about my complaint and they didn’t even care to answer ! I have attached photos of what is in the website and the pictures I took of my room .

This is one of the best kept secrets in the area; it's affordable luxury, the beach access nearby includes multiple beautiful secluded coves... Shhh, don't tell anyone about this gem!!!

The lack of effort that went into these rooms was borderline insulting. While the exterior is pretty, the rooms are OLD, dirty and show an enormous amount of wear and tear with ZERO effort to improve. Floors: had hair and sand when we arrived. Bedskirt: made of some sort of burlap material, with the hem that met the floor matted and visibly dirty. Walls: peeling, chipped paint. Outlets: only ONE single exposed outlet in the entire room. There was a power strip that was too short to be useful. In order to reach the power strip to plug in the coffee maker and microwave, you had to move the bedside table completely out. The power strip was so short that it had to be suspended in midair in order to plug anything into it. Furnishings: cheap with exposed screws. Chipped corners and legs of the bedside tables, peeling paint on the headboard, and a cheap console in the corner whose drawers would not stay closed. "Art" on the walls was a mishmash of whatever they could find in the sale bin at Ross Dress for Less. Bathroom: ANTS. Tiny space. Peeling paint. Someone else's hair in the shower and on the floor. Cheap motel shampoo and wafer thin soap. Only one single bath towel. Ancient tile with dirty, moldy grout. Shower: good water pressure, but temperature would turn hot and cold (I assume from other guests using their sinks/toilets/showers). Ocean view: we could see the ocean but the view was obscured by beachfront houses and construction. The houses were so close that we were looking directly into people's windows when we sat on the balcony. The positives were the location, right next to a beach access lane and near to shops and restaurants. Bed and bedding were comfy. Hand to god, it felt like visiting your weird aunt's house in the 1990s. NOT WORTH $350. Not worth more than $100. Seriously, guys, give your property just *a little bit* of effort. Your lack of caring shows, and it's not a good look for your guests.
