Baymont by Wyndham Lewisville

It's a very old building and needs some upgrade. Had to switch rooms because the first one the bathroom was dirty.

Room was nice but all the soaps were empty. Staff was friendly but the included breakfast was extremely lacking with very few options, not even a bowl of fruit.

Let me not go crazy! My family have been blessed in life, and sometimes people may comments about things and don't understand the true impact. So let me say this. You get what you pay for. I you want five and four star than pay for it.

Was not impressed. I get it that its a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for but some pride should come with every hotel. The breakfast was limited to cereal with warm milk and toast. The room was not great, bathroom floor was leaning so the door wouldnt shut because it was hanging up on the floor tile and the sink cabinet was broken as well as the dresser drawers. Lamps were unplugged and sitting on the chair, The room was very dark. The bed was comfortable.

I booked a room on the bottom floor & we found a fully grown bed bug in our room. The room looked clean, just slightly outdated & kept up. Make sure to check your mattress before going to bed! They will stay on the edges & creases of the mattress, they also poop there!! Thankfully we were able to get a full refund from Priceline since we booked through them!

Service /management were terribly obnoxious, unprofessional would be an understatement. Free breakfast was a joke. Bread. Dry cereal, with powdered milk. Coffee machine wouldn't work. Waffle machine broken. Leaving orange and apple juice. We had to go next door and spend 30 dollars for breakfast. TV looks like a pc monitor, short on rags and towels. When I approached desk for more towels. I was again greeted with redness again. And got no towels. Ive stayed here, of and on twenty years. This will be my last stay.

There was hair in the shower. There were holes in the walls and the bathroom door was held together with plywood. It did not even feel safe. Unfortunately the reservation was not under my name. I wish I had thought to get pics.

This place is a dump. Staff is nonexistent. Dirty rooms with stains on furniture. Weird smell throughout the hotel. Maybe drugs being smoked. No vending machines or other choices for refreshments.

The location is great. The front desk attendant was very polite, but the management a total failure. It was $120.00 for 2 nights, which we unfortunately paid for up front online. After checking into our room, my son and I found it totally unacceptable with used towels hanging on the bathroom door, dingy and dirty bathroom walls in severe need of a fresh coat of paint, deteriorated caulking around the bathroom tub, sink, and hot and cold water knobs, a leaking spout in the tub dripping onto the rolled up bath mat which was soaked and with brown stains, evidence of water damage on the ceiling and walls of the bathroom and entry hall with severe deterioration near the tub and in our opinion an invitation to mold. We complained to the front desk and the clerk showed us 3 other rooms all with similar problems in the bathrooms and hallways as well as a dresser door falling off in one, and a failing shower curtain holder in another. . We immediately checked out after asking the clerk to contact the manager. She also gave us a signed letter stating we did not stay there. We found a good room at the nearby Holiday Inn Express. We will be contesting our credit card payment because the management has not respond to our request for communication and it has now been 5 days with no response. I have no idea how this place would ever prompt a 3 star hotel rating or any of its rave (must be paid for) 4 & 5 star, possibly AI generated reviews. BEWARE! I am sending a copy of this review with pictures to the Denton County Public Health Department.
