First, the staff and location were good. It was close to everything we needed. The parking was super easy and we had a good time at the pool. But that is where our the 3 stars stop. 1st room: the door wouldn't unlock, so we had to get a second room (the only room left available) and now I'm kicking myself for not going with my gut and not staying my usual spot (Springhill Suites). Mold smell was so bad. The carpet was sticky from who knows what. There was no comforter on the bed, only 2 layers of sheets. Folks...I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and SKIP this Baymont location.

No towels and No soap. I thought Wyndham had high standards?

Very disappointing and concerning experience. I dropped my daughters off at this hotel around 11 PM and immediately noticed a very strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. The hotel also appeared dirty and poorly maintained. What concerned me the most was that there was nobody at the front desk and the entrance doors were left open, allowing anyone to walk into the building late at night. As a parent, that made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I also contacted Wyndham customer service to report the issue and was told they would contact management, but after being left on hold for about 10 minutes, the call disconnected. Very unprofessional experience overall. Budget hotel or not, basic cleanliness, security, and customer service standards should still be met.

Not the worst definitely no roaches. Breakfast isn't fancy but it works.
