Motel 6 Lewisville, TX - Medical City

stayed one night, will never return. The first room I was given smelled like a huge ashtray! The second room I was given had roaches in the bathroom. Unfortunately I didn't see them until after my shower. I killed the ones I saw. I was awoken from my sleep by another bug crawling on my arm!!! GROSS! I mentioned it to the desk clerk and he looked stunned. The elevator smelled like beer in the evening and had vomit in it in the morning. Trash was piled high in the hallway and outside the door. I mentioned the state of the elevator as well and the desk clerk said, "oh yes, there was a spill." So he knew about it and did nothing! I will never return.

Disgusting. The smell is terrible. Its non-smoking but certainly doesn't smell that way. The worst part though are the dozens of tiny roaches you see scattering when you turn on the lights. You would think that the people in charge would actually be doing something after all the reviews talking about them but apparently they have no problem with bugs.

Had to stay because I needed to be nearby the hospital....Ieft in the middle of the worst snow storm of this year because of the amount of bugs. I would brave wrecking my car than stay another night.

I left a Christmas sweatshirt my daughter had got me for my birthday! Maid found it and took to the list and found. Shu Patel located it and called me back. He told me what I needed to do to get it sent back to me! Great experience!! Sheila

Roach infested. Not just one or two, a literal infestation. It is very clear they are not making any effort toward that since they dont bait or clean the hotel area. Giant garbage bags are piled against the building next to the door and the elevator/hall was disgusting and just needed to simply be cleaned (these places look like they havnt been cleaned in days or maybe weeks) Please contact the local health inspector to check on this place because it is not just the regular "one or two" roaches. At least a few dozen with just my room. Not a good night

Always friendly and affordable

First night we got there wasn’t expecting much but once I got my room keys went up to the 4th floor and then the smell hit me . We got into the room immediately on the walk in 3 roaches and then more came . I asked for another room which they were cool enough to get me but that room also had roaches . Not to mention the microwave didn’t work and the room had an Oder . I would say if this is your last option for the night it’s would be alright but never a first !!

Kris was very helpful and informative had wonderful customer service definitely helped make a stressful day more pleasant for the time we spoked

I got a room for me and my fiance for October 7 tho 10 and the room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable in the service was good The staff members were really nice overall I would rate it lol added five I will be staying here again thaxs
