Many visitors praise the Red Roof Inn Lewisville for its friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-maintained rooms, and good value, with some noting recent updates. However, a recurring complaint involves noise from a nearby truck facility, and a few guests have reported issues with staff accusing them of theft after checkout.

About this place Red Roof Inn Lewisville

Red Roof Inn Lewisville is a basic budget motel on Texas Street in Lewisville, in the northern Dallas-Fort Worth suburbs. It's listed as gay-friendly but is a standard mainstream chain property with nothing aimed at LGBTQ+ travellers specifically. Rooms are simple and come with microwaves, and there's an outdoor pool. Google reviews sit around 3.9 from a few hundred stays, which is about what you'd expect from the chain. It works as a cheap overnight stop; for Dallas gay nightlife you'd be driving roughly 40 minutes south to Oak Lawn.

I mean it's alright for a cheap stay the one thing I don't like is they told me I could t leave my dog in the room. They make it hard to run errands. I can't leave my dog in the room and I can't leave my dog in a hot car 🤷🏻‍♀️
