The One Boutique Hotel

Horrible. They don’t have anyone answering their phones to offer any assistance if needed. No matter how close they are to such a great Spa do not stay here. Worst customer service.

Elevator is working as of October 2024! Yay! The toilet did scream like a banshee, but everything else worked as expected. The tub in room is the best feature. Pro tip: there's an amazing, paved walking trail with wildflowers behind The View apartments. Just walk out of The One, go right, be careful crossing Raiford road!, take a quick right or left and then go behind The View for an urban trail with ducks, rabbits, cranes, squirrels, and that's just what I saw today. Please don't litter and leave it like you found it. Closer to dawn is a much nicer walk from May-October due to bright bright Texas sunshine. Follow the blue trail to Nob Hill Green (maybe .25 mi?) to a pond with Urban Fishing! Licence required, but QR code on sign has a quick link to buy one. Get tackle and poles at Walmart, also walking distance from The One!! Incredible area with tons of excellent food (try BB.Q Chicken for the best dang Korean fried chicken ANYWHERE - it's almost directly across Old Denton Rd from the hotel). Yes I've been here a lot, lol.... 💕☺️

So they've been understanding about some very difficult travel issues that I had before I got here and also sent someone from MANAGEMENT to check out a concern. I had about my room within less than 10 minutes or so I believe so I appreciate that very much and thank you. I don't know if they can get Google to recognize their email address or something that was the only thing that I got frustrated about really and it wasn't even their fault is that they said they had sent an email which did not deliver in my Spam filter picked it up. this place is no longer brand new but it still looks in pretty good shape and just I can tell the construction and materials that were used are pretty authentic and sturdy like for example there's real tile floors. This is not a cheaply built building. seems to have good soundproofing..

Spa Castle has gone downhill they're not charging $65 a person Monday through Thursday then on the weekends is $80 a person If we're spending that much money you need to be fixing things that are wrong like some of the sprays and massages in the pool didn't work only things turned on last of 30 seconds like we have finally go but I'm not going to be paying that amount of money when somethings aren't working in the pool and other things drinks gone to over 14.99

This is the hotel I stayed at the day before because I had to catch a flight to Korea from the airport the next day. The location is really good, and the rooms are excellent. It is also a convenient hotel for going out to eat in the evening. I had a great rest.

I can only thank God For this onederful heaven on earth! I can’t wait to come Back soon
