The 21c Museum Hotel Louisville is the original property in the 21c chain — the Louisville founders Adam Speed Watkins and Laura Lee Brown opened the first 21c here in 2006, converting a group of historic warehouses on West Main Street into a hotel that incorporates a contemporary art museum open 24 hours to guests and the public alike.
