Hotel overall is decent the breakfast is trash but everything else is good my only issue is the Indian lady who check me in this time, I was here last week didn’t have any issues with the guy who checked me in, I book this week and this time this lady made me pay 250 deposit which is insane for a hotel deposit never paid that much at any comfort inn (also the last guy didn’t make me pay one, also she asked me why I’m in town and what company I work for which is personal I can understand if she was just making conversation but never once did she ask how my day or anything else besides why I’m here and where I work I really felt uncomfortable and disrespected was gone just switch hotels but paid online and can’t get refund so I’m stuck now but this location lost me as a customer not gonna say she racist but that is definitely profiling

Stay away from this place. Biggest scam ever. They told me 3 different prices for an “incidental” hold. She said originally it’s $250 (never heard of that amount in my life) but then said since I’m coming out of state she could lower it to $100-$150 depending on what I can pay. Wouldn’t someone coming out of state pay more? Depending on what I can pay?! What a joke.

This hotel was surprisingly good for the price. I stayed here for a few nights while my father was in the hospital at Catholic Memorial. The room was good, the Heat/Cool was remarkably effective. When I checked in, the room was at about 74 degrees because the unit was off, but by the time I got back from dinner an hour later, the room had cooled to where I wanted it. The bed was actually pretty comfortable and the blanket/pillows were among the better ones I've had away from home. Breakfast had the usual variety, and the seating area looked nicer than I am used to in budget hotels. The intersection where the hotel is located is a little tricky to navigate at night, or in heavy traffic, but that's the price you pay for a city location. Overall, a good place if it near where you need to be.

We stayed at this hotel Saturday March 28. We were here to visit a sick relative in ICU. My husband made the reservation through Hotels.com and because he was upset he accidentally booked it for April 4, not March 28. Minutes after booking we went to the hotel, learned of the mistake, and called Hotels.com, meanwhile we paid this hotel directly for our one-night stay. Hotels.com said that they understood that we had made a mistake, but in order to have our charge to them expunged they had to confirm it with the Comfort Inn Manager. We went down and told the manager that Hotels.com would be calling her and to please verify our facts. She said she would BUT SHE DID NOT DO IT. Hotels.com called us back and said the manager did not take the call or call them back, so they refused to refund us. This manager willfully and deliberately refused to take the call, costing us almost $200 in a charge to Hotels.com when we won't even be there. Do not stay here: Clearly the manager cannot or will not follow through on basic customer service requests. I would not stay here again.

I’m honestly really disappointed with this hotel. The biggest issue is the false advertisement — the pictures of the pool online look NOTHING like what it actually looks like in person. It’s completely misleading. “Before” (what’s advertised): Bright, modern, nicely decorated pool area with hanging lights, plants, and a relaxing atmosphere. Reality (what it actually looks like now): Outdated, plain, and nothing like the photos. The vibe is completely different and honestly feels neglected compared to what’s shown online. On top of that, the pool area was cold as hell, and even the hallways are freezing too. It completely ruined the experience. An indoor pool is supposed to be warm and enjoyable—not something you dread because of how cold it is. To make matters worse, every time there was an issue or concern, they kept saying “the manager isn’t here”, which felt like they were just avoiding dealing with the problem. No accountability at all. 📸 Photos attached clearly show the difference between what’s advertised and what you actually get. If you’re booking based on the photos, don’t. They are very deceiving. What you see online and what you actually get are two very different things. Overall, between the misleading pictures, freezing temperatures, and lack of management support, this stay was a huge letdown. I wouldn’t recommend it. I loved the hotel when it was the other owners 😩 where did they GO !
