I stayed here two weeks ago, and I'm still thinking about it. I paid just over $100/night for the dirtiest hotel I've ever been in. I had to change rooms because the bathtub was disgusting. The cleaning staff had the gall to claim that what I was seeing were just marks on the tub, until I wiped up the grime with a tissue and showed the front desk. My second room was barely better- a poorly vacuumed rug, smashed dead bugs on the privacy shade, dead bugs along the baseboard, some old piece of food on the floor next to an endtable. The elevator had nail clippings just on the floor, all day, and the breakfast room (where FOOD is) had dead bugs all on the window rest. Apparently rooms are inspected after cleaning. It seems both inspector and cleaners are either incompetent, uncaring, or have low standards for clean. Considering how many prior reviews mention the lack of cleanliness as a problem, it seems that the managers aren't actually holding the cleaning staff accountable. It would be one thing if this was a $30/night motel. For $100/night, this is inexusable.

Check-in date: 7/12/2026, 3 pm 🕒 The receptionist's treatment was terrible. I know where my roots are, but it seems she's forgotten where hers are. Because when I arrived, she had some clients, and I stepped aside to wait my turn. At that moment, a couple arrived, and she chose to attend to the last couple first, skipping over us without any respect. She told us to wait. I saw her treat them well, but with us, it was different. I took it as racism because she heard us speaking Spanish. Honestly, it wasn't good 👎. Otherwise, the hotel 🏨 has good hygiene, clean rooms, white sheets and towels, and everything necessary for a stay. They just need to check that when I arrived, they didn't have toilet paper 🧻. They do have breakfast, and for me, the most important thing is hygiene, and this hotel 🏨 has it. My only problem was at reception.

This hotel was perfect for our stop between NH and ME. There is plenty of parking. There are several restaurants in the area, and it is not far from downtown Manchester. The room was a decent size. The bathroom had a heater which was a nice touch. The mini fridge has a freezer compartment, which is important for those of us who like to freeze water bottles for our coolers. The indoor pool was very nice to use after a long travel day as it was warmish. The water wasn't hot, but it wasn't cold. They have flotation devices and water aerobics supplies as well as loungers and tables for your items. There are two elevators, one in the front of the building and one in the rear by the laundry and pool area so you don't have to walk through the hotel in your swimsuit. We did have to ask for extra towels, but they arrived quickly. The breakfast was plentiful and the seating area is large. I would stay here again.

A very clean, modern hotel with excellent breakfasts and clean rooms – no odors whatsoever. Airport transfers are available. There's lemonade at the entrance, as well as a 24-hour coffee and tea machine. Huge parking for all types of vehicles. Trailer, camper, or truck – it all fits. Minor drawbacks: 1) Unstable Wi-Fi 2) No exhaust fan in the bathroom. I highly recommend it! A very clean, modern hotel with excellent breakfasts and clean rooms – no odors whatsoever. I was debating whether to post this review or not, why bother? I thought. And then I thought some more and I concluded that what I experienced should not be acceptable anywhere. Even if this is a 2 star hotel that doesn’t mean the airport shuttle should stink of VERY strong BO (like it did) for example. When I checked in the woman at the front desk was very nice (staff was very kind throughout my stay), but when I got to my room it was filthy and some guest had just left and the room hadn’t been cleaned. Also, the second night someone left a pair of underwear in the hallway and it stayed there for a whole day. The automatic front door of the hotel is made of glass that is cracked, like someone kicked it. I mean… there are other options out there. It’s probably not worth staying here just to save $20 bucks.
