I wish I could leave 0 stars I booked a hotel room for Memorial Day weekend so my daughter can enjoy the pool I called the property before making the reservation to check if the pool was working fine, and I was told there were no issues with the pool. When I got to the hotel, I checked in, paid for the security deposit, and asked Rama, (the receptionist) where the pool was And she replied that there was no pool My daughter had already her bathing suit underneath and was so excited about the pool (that’s the only reason I got a hotel room for) I asked them to cancel my reservation because staying there just for a room was pointless. And I was told I would get a refund I’ve been trying to get in touch with the manager and he is never there I’ve received an email saying that they won’t give my money back because I did not stay in another la Quinta and the only way to get a refund was if I stayed in a different la Quinta with pool. It is unfair that they want to keep your money for something that you did not even use and it was their fault because they provided me with the wrong information stating that there is a pool when there is not

It was the best “Wyndham” property I’ve stayed in the last few years. The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to let you know that you are their first priority. The room was spotless and well stocked, we didn’t have to ask for more pillows or towels. A nice fitness center that was clean and plenty of towels on hand. I’m definitely coming back the next time I’m in the area.

Posting this for my sister because the way this hotel handled the situation was unacceptable. She and her husband stayed there for a week and accidentally left behind valuable belongings, including a suit, shoes, and personal care items. After calling the hotel, they were basically told the staff isn’t responsible and that they could “leave a review because it’s not their concern.” Instead of helping loyal guests recover their items, they showed zero professionalism or empathy. People deserve to know how careless and dismissive this hotel is when it comes to guests’ property.
