Nashville Pride is the nonprofit that produces the city's annual Pride festival and parade, held each June and centered downtown at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. Tracing its roots to Nashville's first Pride march in 1988, the organization has grown the event into what it bills as Tennessee's largest LGBTQ+ gathering, drawing tens of thousands of attendees for live entertainment, a marketplace and community programming. Beyond the festival it supports year-round LGBTQ+ community initiatives.
