About this place Nashville Pride

Nashville Pride is the nonprofit that runs the city's Pride festival and parade each June. In recent years the festival has been held downtown at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, with stages, a vendor market and community stalls. The organisation dates Nashville's first Pride march to 1988 and bills the event as the largest LGBTQ+ gathering in Tennessee. The festival is ticketed, with tickets usually sold on nashvillepride.org ahead of time. Nashville's gay bars are mostly in the Church Street and Midtown areas, a short ride from the festival grounds, and they put on their own events that weekend.
