This is a clean and easy to find hotel and the workers are great 👍
I’ve stayed a few hotels in the area recently and this was both the cheapest AND best stay I’ve had this year. The free breakfast is worth waking up for! It had breakfast meat, omelets and freshly cooked pancakes, yogurt bar with lots of toppings and multiple juice options. Free coffee bar open all day too. Every staff member from front desk, to housekeeping & janitorial staff were kind and friendly. They seemed happy which matters—so management if you see this whatever you’re doing to ensure they feel appreciated keep doing it! My BIGGEST shoutout however goes to Janay. I had a security concern and she took it seriously and made me feel safe. She took every appropriate step and I could tell she kinda looked out for me after that. She noticed when I came and went. She made the difference in having a decent stay and feeling safe enough to actually ENJOY my stay. If there’s anything u can do for her as an employer to make sure she gets some kind of reward or compensation—bare minimum a shoutout or something bc it was really important for me and she handled it PERFECTLY. Oh they also have foosball tables in the lobby. It felt inviting to hang out down there. I’ll be back! ;)
Thank you so much… great place, rooms are super clean, bathroom water pressure was great. Thank you
This is my first time staying at a Tru as a Hilton Honors member. The location was convenient for my needs. However, cleanliness and comfort could’ve been better. Upon arrival, I noticed some things that weren’t clean (dried spill on the desk, small hair shavings on the bathroom counter, and crumbs/debris in the bathroom corner). I didn’t sleep very well that night because the mattress felt like laying on the floor. It was so hard and uncomfortable. It also didn’t help that neither window shade would go down all the way, leaving just enough of a gap for the morning sun to shine through, waking me up way earlier than planned. Breakfast was so-so, but the attendant was on top of cleaning and replenishing items. I’ve stayed in better hotels for less. It served its purpose though for a one night stay with a child.
Loved it but couldn't help note that the toilets in our room wasn't a higher one. No issue with us but if there were older people in need of this feature it would not help them.
