Awesome hotel Five Star

Main lobby was nicely decorated and well kept. Desk staff was kind. Breakfast was set well and clean. My room however fell through the cracks with maintenance and house keeping. There was white dust all over the bathroom as if they repaired the ceiling/walls, sanded them didn’t bother to clean up. There was dried toothpaste and possibly makeup all in the sink. Worst sleep of my life. Felt like they ordered a mattress off temu. And bed was made with ripped sheets. Definitely an oversight and mistakes happen. Overall not the worst place I’ve ever stayed lol

My door was opened when I came back one night and I was scared. No call back regarding this incident. I had to call manager. I spent over 1k for 10 days and was only refunded 1 day. Seriously. The manager/gm are not very helpful at all. Safety should be a priority and so should customer service

10/10 definitely will be back, all the staff was nice & room was clean perfect. Definitely recommend! And stores and food places was very close.

I loved the place at first visit. They have a great and very bright lobby. Good breakfast provided . Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms are new, clean and bright.

Our daughter had a softball tournament in High Point and we booked a room here for the night. There are mixed reviews but we had a great experience! The room was clean and smelled fresh when we walked in. Good water pressure in the shower and comfy beds. We appreciated it being nice and quiet aside from the occasional dog bark from beside us but we have dogs so that just made us feel more at home, ha!

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. My only issue is the terrace music is non stop and way too loud to enjoy the outside. There are also bright LED lights so you don't enjoy the ambiance of the string lights ropes over the arbor. I guess they do this to avoid homeless folks sleeping on their furniture.

We came with a U17 boys soccer team on 2/21 and were welcomed warmly by the afternoon and evening staff at Tru. We had a team dinner (40 people) and they kindly asked if there was anything we needed to make the experience enjoyable. They also had a college swim and dive team doing the same that night, which could be a bit overwhelming. This crew were just really courteous, kind and nice. We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and this one’s customer service was just at another level.
