Clean rooms within walking distance of several restaurants.

I stayed on 18-19March in room 818 . I’m disappointed, when I walked in the room first glanced looked amazing ! However when I started looking closer to things it wasn’t what I expected to be . There was bugs and dirty around the desk area on the desk and on the floor which was next to balcony door which was blocked by a table which is understandable . And when I went to the room to lay down the sheets and pillows smelled like someone sweaty or someone from outside lay down in it. Overall disgusting! The breakfast was a below average which can’t really change, and the front desk staff were amazing !

Last night, 9 March, I was stranded in downtown South Norwalk with a dead mobile phone. To make matters worse I had a hot pizza and snacks. I walked into the lobby and spoke to the two front desk attendants. I explained the situation and they graciously offered me a charger. Ten minutes later I had a sufficient charge and an UBER ordered. I like to give a big THANK YOU! True customer service.

They have great staff,from the front desk to the cleaning staff.

We arrived in Norwalk at 11:30 AM with a group and stoped but the hotel to asks few questions about parking, which they charge for. At 3:11 PM I received an email that the room type I reserved was not available. At checking in about 5:30 PM I was asked if they could ‘upgrade’ me, from two queens to a king and roll away bed which was not comfortable. I said that I would prefer the room type reserved, but received the king room instead and was told a roll away would be give. When we returned from out event at 11:30 PM that night I came to my room to find a roll away bed outside my room door which I then had to roll in and set up myself and then go to the front desk for blankets. I just feel like this situation was poorly handled and organized in the Hotels best interest not us as the customers. There are other options in the area and I and you should try those options prior to this hotel. Rooms and facilities were fine and the breakfast was as expected.

Stayed for 2 nights. The first day I returned to my room around 1:45 pm. The room was not cleaned. When I left around 4:45 there was a cleaning cart in the hall near my room. I asked the front desk to have the room cleaned. When we arrived back to the room it was as I left it-towels on the floor (as instructed,) bed unmade trash vans not emptied. Next, the pillow. When I put my head on the pillow It felt as my head was separated from the mattress by 2 thin pieces of cloth. I had to check to see if a pillow was actually in the pillow case. The breakfast room has a toaster that cannot toast a bagel.

Stayed here for a business trip for a few days. Rooms are great size and have a small kitchen. Very clean and fairly updated/modern. Provides a nice breakfast in the AM. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. Great location too. Lots of restaurants and shops to enjoy. Only negative is how close to the train tracks it is. You can hear the train, which does stop late at night, but can hear before 12am and around 530am onward. Would stay aga8n regardless.
