Comfort Inn & Suites Orem-Provo

We stayed here for BYU Education Week. Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast. Pool. Lemon water in lobby for those hot days... EV chargers in parking lot. We slept well. Cons: Strange security credit card hold thingy. Couldn't print the receipt. Worked well for us so we will stay here again.

Liked very much this hotel, modern and clean, appreciated service, room, pool, breakfast, location. Very nice service and people. Room was conform to description, clean and comfortable. We could get relaxed in the heated pool and hot tube. Hot breakfast was good, waffles and eggs in a spacious room. Location is very convenient, beautiful view over lake nearby, plenty of stores around, 30mins from Salt Lake City Downtown. Maintenance works (photo) but not annoyed and showing continuous improvement. Strongly recommended and would return definitely if I was in SLC

Rooms are clean however they are understaffed and have trouble answering the phone. Was also told a different price at the desk after booking with reservations. Overall wasn't the best experience at the hotel. I will be booking with a different hotel with kinder guest services.

Pros: Bed comfortable with nice duvets and fluffy pillows Desk Sitting chair. Room was modern and clean. Outside lighting good. Cons Remote in room #121 would not work. Trash can by side door overfilling, and there when left in morning. Side door lock broke. Coffee tasted like cardboard. Overall it was a good stay. I travel a lot and the trash cans not being emptied is a reoccurring issue. Also, so many of us used to Starbucks and establishments still insist on serving inferior coffee. Why? I paid well over $100 for my room.

As soon as I walked in the hotel I felt welcomed. Lady was nice and they offered lemon water. The room was good and the beds were in the middle between soft and firm. Located next to walmart and krispy kreme. hotel came with fitness center at pool and hot tub.

We found the front desk staff extremely helpful and friendly. We ended up having to spend an extra night due to bike trouble. The staff was super accommodating and even gave us a bit of a discount because we had grief. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just okay but they are mostly all the same.

We had a different experience that some of the others who have written reviews. Our room was nice and quiet and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the linens. They had waffles, sausage, eggs, etc for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

AC covers missing but does work. The room floor could have been cleaner. Gritty. Light bulbs missing in corner light. Nice for dogs. Could use more poop bag stands around premise. Grounds well keep. No walking restaurants. It’s ok in a pinch.

Front desk staff failed to give us detailed instructions on using our key cards, for our room door, and the exit doors. Outside, trash at the picnic table and in the overflowing garbage cans was not emptied during our entire stay. Trashy. Our room refrigerator did not work, and the air conditioner kept us awake with a harsh rattle most of the night.

The lady at the front was very nice. The room is ok. Smells like very heavy disinfectant--better than dirt, i guess, but still overpowering. The main issue is the noise. People yelling and screaming past midnight. Zero efforts to maintain some quite hours. And paper thin walls. So, basically it's impossible to sleep here
