Comfort Inn & Suites Orem-Provo

A/C unit made a squealing sound all night. Didn’t sleep well as a result. Told the front desk about it and they just said “sorry about that” and we will let our maintenance team know. Breakfast was subpar as well.

Terrible experience, I booked a king room and in my room was full of bugs, tv remote had no battery, tv won’t read my HDMI cable from my computer. I wish I knew that this hotel was so crappy

It's okay for the price

Pretty good, I'd say they have a leg up from the ones around it

Wasn’t the biggest fan of this hotel. It was dirty, our fridge was missing a leg so when we opened it everything fell out, our tv didn’t have a power cord to it so we have no tv. We called front desk and they did try to help and we appreciated that but maintenance was gone for the day. They said we can try tomorrow. We called front desk again the next day and they said they couldn’t find a cord to the tv. You could literally hear the person next to you going to the bathroom. I dk if all the rooms were like this but it was seemed like everything was falling apart in our room and it was cheaply put back together. Also, there were these little bugs that flew on our bed. Front desk people super nice. Hotel itself was dirty and won’t be staying there again.

Traveling multi state with a pet isn't always easy. I was very pleased with all aspects of this property. Rooms were nice sized, quiet and clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Bed comfortable, breakfast very good, and nice amenities like an indoor pool. There was parking for our large moving truck. Would highly recommend. Also easy access on and off the interstate.

Rooms are clean and, for the most part, the staff is friendly.

This hotel was very conveniently located in Provo. The price point was amazing. I had no issues simply put. Which actually can mean quite a lot in today’s hotel environment. The breakfast was OK and the beds were comfortable.

If you’re looking for a hotel with good WiFi pass on this one cause it is terribly slow.
