Hood spot. False Advertisement from the pictures on website. This place needs to be condemned. The TV do not work, no phone in the room. One outlet that looks like it works. Headboard disconnected from bed but drilled to the wall. Sheets was not clean and when asked for new sheets, I got questioned why? Dog poop and cig butts everywhere. Kids outside late nights, random questionable people walking around the property. Very strange I didn't see no one in the pool-it looked clean but I still didn't trust it due to the Poor management of this property.

This was a motel 6 with a different name, room was not ready, i was on the 3rd floor, elevator was broke, there were people smoking everywhere, the urine smell was all through the motel, the pictures on the website were from another hotel. The room was dirty and the cigarette smell and dead bugs were the final straw. Did not feel safe at all there. Everyone spend more money to get what you need for your family. Never never again.

Does not look like the pictures they show online when you book it. Holes in the wall, tub faucet was broke, toilet seat was missing, no continental breakfast like advertised, very dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend this place.

TOO MUCH NOISE AT NIGHT TIME YOU CANT EVEN SLEEP , BATH TOWEL HAD BLOOD STAIN AND WENT TO OFFICE TO TELL THEM AND THEY DIDNT SEEMED TO CARE THE GUY AT THE FRONT. I ASKED THEM FOR A TOWEL AND THEY DIDNT GIVE ME ONE. ROOMS ARE NOT CLEAN THE FLOORS ARE DIRTY AND THE BATHTUB COULD BE CLEAN WITH BLEACH BUT SOME HOUSEKEEPERS DO NOT CARE.

Absolutely love the staff and the owners! They are all super outgoing and willing to help with anything and everything! If you are good to them they will always be good to yall! So treat our friends right yall! Show them all the love! 💕

On 02/21, I checked into your hotel during the evening hours. After checking in, we placed our belongings in the room and left briefly to get food. When we returned later that night, we discovered roaches crawling on the walls of our room. I am currently pregnant and have severe allergies to roaches, which made this situation especially concerning for my health and safety. Due to the condition of the room, we immediately went downstairs to request a refund. The front desk employee working that night was extremely rude and became defensive(Indian man) when we calmly requested a refund. At no point were we disrespectful. However, he stated he would call the police for trespassing and refused to assist us properly. The following morning, we spoke with a young lady at the front desk who apologized for the overnight employee’s behavior. She informed us that we would need to return later to receive our refund because they did not have cash available at that time. We returned on Sunday, 02/23, and unfortunately encountered the same male employee(Indian man) again. He was once again rude and refused to issue our refund and again said he was going to call the cops because we asked for a refund. This experience was unacceptable due to: The unsanitary condition of the room (roach infestation) The health risk involved, especially given my pregnancy and allergies The unprofessional and hostile behavior from the overnight employee The refusal to honor a reasonable refund request

The rooms didn't have bugs or anything but the rooms weren't really clean, the rooms said no smoking but it smelled like it from the first breath and by morning my throat was hurting. There were also a bunch of stains on the wall. Cops stayed outside of this hotel with something going on for most of the time. The grass outside was full of cigarettes. We asked for a fork because we needed something to eat our frozen food, an the Indian man said that they don't have anything like that because they don't have food. Lots of these reviews say that there's breakfast but there was no food at all. We also had to go get more toilet paper because housekeeping didn't do anything to help.

Me and my family made a 11-12 hr drive from Tennessee to Orlando. We arrived really late but the front desk helped us out and reserved our room later than check-in time which was nice of them. They did kind of seem like we were a burden though, which we kind of were but they should be nice regardless because we're paying them... Anyways, the room immediately smelled like smoke, and oh my gosh, the dirt/grass by the pool is literally only cigarette buds, they are everywhere... We didn't get to try out the pool. The room was really filthy and there was a random dirty washcloth on our chest, the filter to the air conditioner hadn't been cleaned in forever either, I was coughing all night because of the smell of smoke. It wasn't far from universal though which was a good thing about the hotel. We also found out that motel 6 owns this hotel and the motel 6 in Orlando is horrible as well. You didn't see staff much but there were people being loud by our room, literally playing music on a speaker, very rude. We didn't see any bugs surprisingly. Still, I wouldn't go here, I'm not sure what hotels are actually affordable and decent in Orlando but definitely don't go here or the motel 6 here.

If you’re picky, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, but, if you understand why it’s the most affordable place to stay in the area, it’s perfectly fine. This is not a luxury hotel and nobody should expect that. People crying in their reviews about trivial stuff have likely never had to struggle with anything. Do you want a safe place to sleep, a good flatscreen TV with HDMI inputs and a remote you can actually navigate to your HDMI - or RCA A/V - input that isn’t essentially paywalled by the hotel? Do you want a hot shower? It was not swimming weather when I was there, but, there is a pool. Knowing it’s not a luxury establishment, what more do you really need or think you’re entitled to for $65 (total) a night? This review should tell you everything you need to know when deciding whether or not to stay at the Palm Tree Inn. - Patrick

The front desk agent ( black female ) very rude and unpleasant to deal with. She's not customer service oriented, very bias,she picks n chooses who she wants to be nice too, she's not welcoming at all. She should find another job that fits her attitude, she acts like she's better than other people.

Dirty, stink, no parking, people just hanging around all night tryn to sell drugs stay away. Holes in walls and ceiling.

Called the front desk and there is no breakfast. Not sure why reviews claim having breakfast when there isn't any. Either the front desk is lying or guests are. Either way no breakfast at Palm Tree Inn.

I love the beds they are the most comfortable I’ve been. And I’ve been in plenty of hotels. This one takes the cake with the beds. Leaves you feeling like you slept like a baby.
