Someone was knocking on my door when I checked it was no one

I went for a company celebration and the property is immaculate clean. Public restroom were a delight and private. Food and service were top notch however free parking is limited on the street. Valet for 25 dollars or pay to park for $4 h/ph

We had the opportunity to admire the magnificent Biltmore Hotel, one of the most iconic buildings in the Miami area. With its majestic tower, Mediterranean-inspired European architecture, and impeccably manicured gardens, the hotel impresses at first sight. It's easy to see why it's considered one of Florida's most beautiful historic hotels. Opened in 1926, the Biltmore has hosted numerous celebrities, artists, and dignitaries over the decades. Its rich history and timeless elegance make it much more than just a hotel: it's a true historical landmark. Whether to admire its architecture, discover its history, or simply enjoy the exceptional setting, the Biltmore Hotel is a must-see when visiting Coral Gables.

his hotel is beautiful with a lovely backdrop, though it needs some updates. Warning: if you book a room block and expect timely responses to simple questions, you'll likely be ignored. We never received our IPrefer points despite reaching out to the group sales department for over a month. Their response was always, "Upper management is reviewing," but neither emails nor calls to them were answered. I even contacted the executive office and emailed Managing Director Matthias Kammerer, but to no avail. It's strange because these reward points should be added automatically upon request. Why ghost me? I dislike leaving negative reviews, but being ignored after a significant expense is frustrating. And it isn’t as if the stay wasn't marred by issues; thus, The Biltmore's less-than-5-star standing. During check-in, our suite's toilet was broken, and the bathtub clogged after the first use.. We had to use one of our relatives' room facilities. Maintenance had to handle two work orders during our short three-day stay. Most concerning was our inability to contact any extensions while on property. We had to call the hotel's 800 number to reach the hotel departments because dialing extensions looped endlessly with the same message and went unanswered. Calls and emails going unanswered seem to be the general theme. Next step, writing a letter to Tom Prescott of the Seaways Hotel Corporation. Even if nothing is accomplished, he should be aware.

Very cool event venue, I have been several times now for ModaMiami and the hotel itself is beautiful.

The poolside restaurant had excellent food at a reasonable price and great service
