The Global Ambassador

I gave my vehicle to valet which had my camera in it and my camera was stolen from my vehicle. UPDATE: I spoke with Security and staff and they did not reach back out after promising they would within 2 weeks. They took down my information and details on the incident and never sent me any updates on the manner which is very disappointing of a high-end establishment and when I call back it, it always goes to voicemail. Security mentioned they would reimburse me for it or replace it and then they just never contacted me again, it was a brand new canon g7x mark iii. BE VERY CAREFUL LEAVING VALUABLES IN YOUR VEHICLE WITH VALET AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. UPDATE: After their response to this review, they never did anything. This was the email I received from the team despite me having a receipt of the date of the valet but they have “no record of it” somehow. They should have footage and insurance for instances like this but instead they brush you off and tell you they will not reimburse you for the theft and that you should contact the parking garage.

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in, and I only wish we could have stayed longer than one evening. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We were welcomed with complimentary drinks and spent the afternoon relaxing by the beautiful pool before enjoying a wonderful dinner at the rooftop restaurant. The room itself was spectacular, with thoughtful luxury touches throughout. I especially appreciated the high end amenities, including the Dyson hair dryer, excellent water pressure, and an incredibly comfortable bed. What really stood out was the attention to detail. When we returned to our room after dinner, it had been thoughtfully prepared for the evening with chocolates and bottled water placed by the bed. They had even neatly organized our toiletries, which was such an unexpected and appreciated touch. Every aspect of our stay felt intentional and elevated. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I will absolutely be back next time for a much longer stay.

Hands down the best hotel and SPA in the valley. I’ve been to many hotels and spas in Arizona but nothing beats The Global Ambassador. It’s very clean, the equipment they used is top notch, and the people that work there are very friendly.

My husband and I celebrated our elopement this past weekend at The Global Ambassador, and it was the most incredible stay! Every single staff member we interacted with was exceptional. We want to give a special shout-out to Luke and Rigo for taking such great care of us. A huge thank you to everyone at Le Àmé, especially Juliet, for the flawless service. Finally, thank you to Tatum! She made our entire stay magical, provided spectacular dining and activity recommendations, and truly went above and beyond to showcase the luxury hospitality of this one-of-a-kind hotel!

As Hispanic I feel discriminated at this place. They never want to give us a table. Today. The place had lots of empty tables but the lady told me, "It is faster if you seat at the coffee shop". I have to insist to be able to get a table. Then, the male waitress, the person who was taking care of those tables sent another Hispanic to take care of me. He served all tables around me, and talked to the people but never even asked if I was fine, since I have asked for the water because they never brought me the water. I can say 90 percent of the time it happened to me at the place. So sad. My daughter almost cry last time I went with her to this place.

Incredible stay, the service was perfect. The people servicing breakfast were extremely accommodating as well.
