Can’t say enough good things about this place! The room was cute and cozy, the soaking pools were never too crowded (we went in November), I feel in love with the tea they use, and there were PUPPIES. We will be back!

I arrived for my 10 am private soak only to learn that the pool wouldn't be available until 2 pm. The reason... construction noise. Apparently, attempts to reach me were unsuccessful. This is because the woman who scheduled me over the phone got a digit wrong on my number. She did, however, manage to get my email address right. If you can't reach a guest by phone, and you have their email, you should probably try that. This would be the next logical step, wouldn't it? If I wasn't visiting from out of town and hadn't just paid $30 to Uber there, I would've simply left and returned at 2 pm. Instead I was stuck paying for a day pass; hardly the private, relaxing experience I'd been looking foward to. Why are appointments being booked during construction in the first place? This is a foreseeable event you can typically plan around, isn't it? There were no apologies, no discounts offered, not even a robe thrown in. No attempts were made to rectify what was clearly their error from the beginning. Very disappointing. Buyer beware. Update: Your response is laughable. Yes, the Manager was there, but NO, there was nothing done to make things right. She acted as if her hands were tied, so I paid full price for a day pass I didn't want. Again, not even an apology from the Manager or anyone else.

Really beautiful! I love the original Ojo Caliente. This location has its own unique vibe. The pools are spread out in different little nooks, surrounded by lots of greenery. My only desire for improvement would be gender neutral bathrooms that include a shower.

As we are planning our next trip to Ojo Caliente, we wanted to leave a review for the last time we visited. Our team went for a team relaxation day and it was exactly what we needed. Between soaking in the many mineral baths, getting massages, stopping at the restaurant, and simply taking time to relax, we arrived around 9:00 a.m. and did not leave until about 8:00 p.m. It was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Ojo Caliente is one of those places where you can spend 12 hours and still want to stay longer. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and memorable spa day. This should definitely be on everyone’s list.

I didn't know that this place existed and I was really surprised at that they have several different hot spring pools and also a saltwater pool, very beautiful and peaceful! I will definitely be coming back in the future!!!

Overall this place is amazing. The pools and soaks are whatever you're looking for in temperature and liquid type as there's plenty of options and hopping from experience to experience was a blast. EVERYTHING is Beautiful, but wandering the grounds was amazing as well as they have taken great time to ensure the beauty and serenity of the location. Romance, comfort, and peace is waaaay off the charts at this location. That all being said, if we go again we will be getting the day pass. The rooms are very disappointing. The beds and pillows are overwhelmingly soft meaning we had to stack pillows and deal with immense back pain every morning. The toilets clogged pre-toilet paper (I did a courtesy flush and had to use the shower in an embarrassing emergency). (Side-Note to the owner here... If your plumbing is like this, front the $4 per room and leave plungers in the room) Lastly the thermostat takes hours to catch up to whatever setting you want, meaning in NM where weather changes constantly you're stuck being uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor, find a nearby lovely bed and breakfast nearby and get a day pass. It's still 10am-10pm, so plenty of time to enjoy.
