Inn on Arsenal

A friend came into town on a short notice visit. I didnt stay however the attendee was nice, patient, offered discount through the website. The establishment was quiet, clean and friendly. I peaked into the room as we were saying our good byes , found the rooms to be clean, tidy, small but offered one could need for the night.

I stayed at the location for three weeks in August 2022 while I was waiting for my apartment lease to begin in September. As a student at the time, I found the price to be reasonable, and the free parking was a significant advantage. I needed an extra day, and they processed my request, which I really appreciated.

I have to give the woman at the front desk on Sat 12/6/25 💫 💫💫💫💫💫💫stars!!! My gold earring fell down the drain in the bathroom sink (there was no cover on the drain). I asked her if they could get a plumber to come that day, as I was leaving Sunday morning, and the earrings were very sentimental...😩 She came to take pictures of the pipe and said she would talk to the manager because the facilities person was off for the weekend. We left to meet friends and I was overjoyed to find out my earring was retrieved when we got back!!!!! I am grateful she was super compassionate and went the extra mile to help me! Otherwise, the room with 2 queen beds was a little dusty but clean and fine for the money we paid. Parking is free.🙂

Worse than the gta 6 delays

Opened very recently. I had no problem at all. The room was clean. Front desk employee was super friendly. The parking lot was empty. I was completely shocked to find this place. Thank you for the service.

Room has one overhead light, no lamps. The light is jarring. Walls are so thin that people having normal conversation four rooms away can keep you awake. That much made the room virtually unlivable for me or anyone who rents a room to sleep in. Additionally, from the quick entries and exits in rooms along my corridor, one might become suspicious of the goings-on. Do not pay for a room in this establishment!

No real complaints about the staff or location but the overall location and room was rough. Someone on reddit described it as "no frills" and I want revenge. Though the room was technically "updated" it was overall grimey and had black mold growing under the dripping AC which killed my allergies. The worst part was there was literally BLOOD on the floor of our room which was scary and disgusting. Avoid at all costs.

Lobby is not handicapped accessible unless you are already checked in. You need a key card and have to go through a side building and garage before entering the lobby building from the back.

have no idea why the Inn at Arsenal gets poor reviews. Our room looked exactly like the one in the picture - no carpet, two nice queen beds, updated bath, and everything was clean. It is a perfect stop if you are going to be using public trans in the Boston area. A bus into boston is on the corner and the bus to Harvard Square is two blocks away. The town of Waterton is lovely, safe, and very walkable. The Inn at Arsenal was quiet, safe, and clean. I went in knowing how reasonably priced it was and having read reviews and I was very pleasantly surprised. If you want to get super nit picky - there was no microwave in the room...there is one in the lobby and the windows in the room are a little thin so you do hear road noise. For what I paid compared to any place else, these are minor. Overall, we had a lovely stay. By the way it was just me and my teenager daughter and we felt safe the entire time.
