Atlanta Bear Pride 2026

Atlanta Bear Pride is one of the Southeast US's most beloved LGBTQ+ events, drawing the bear community from across the region and beyond for a long weekend of pool parties, bar crawls, and community gatherings in Midtown Atlanta.

The event has grown steadily since the early 2000s, now regularly drawing several thousand bears, cubs, and their admirers. Events are centered on Midtown's gay bars and clubs, with the host hotel becoming the de facto living room for the weekend. The annual Lazy Bear Pool Party at the host hotel pool is the signature daylight event, complemented by nightly parties at venues throughout the gayborhood.
