The location is excellent. There is parking available. The apartments are nice, but they need better maintenance as they are deteriorating.

Very close to March 30th Avenue

The property has great facilities and is conveniently located near everything. I specifically booked it because breakfast was advertised as included, as I was traveling for study purposes and having breakfast available was important for my schedule. Unfortunately, no breakfast service was provided during my stay. While this was disappointing, it wasn’t what made me feel uncomfortable. What I truly regret was the way the receptionist reacted when I inquired about it. Later, when I returned to ask for another item, I noticed she appeared to be making fun of me with a member of the cleaning staff, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

We stayed for 5 days and they told us they would clean the room every day, but they only did it for 2 days. On Thursday, we gave them our dirty clothes to be washed, but it's Monday and we still haven't received them. When they finally brought the clothes on Monday, they hadn't washed my friend's clothes. Mine, however, had been washed and put back in the laundry basket. In short, there was no laundry bag or any other way to properly store the clothes. There was no iron. The receptionist was very indifferent and unresponsive.

The room we stayed in was quite spacious, with a double bed and a large sofa, stable internet service, and a private bathroom and kitchenette with good hot and cold water pressure. Housekeeping staff came every three days to give the room a thorough cleaning. It's located very close to the Malecón (seawall) and there are several transportation options nearby. There are also several metro stations in the area. They offer pool access and breakfast until 11 am. The pool is on the rooftop terrace and has a great panoramic view, and the kitchen also serves lunch. A very good hotel for a few days' stay in Santo Domingo.

Rooms: tidy. Perfect internet connection. Bathrooms: basic, but clean (tip for LS: grab bars in the shower would improve elderly safety). Staff: the receptionist, cleaners, and handyman are friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff seems indifferent. Location: bank, supermarket, metro station around the corner. One major drawback (which the hotel has no control over): you're jolted out of bed every night between 3:30 and 6:00 a.m. by the heavy pounding from the nightclub across the street. Too bad, otherwise, it's not a bad hotel for the price.

I give it zero stars. This was my first visit to Santo Domingo. I made a reservation to arrive on October 15th. They informed us that the flight would arrive at 2:00 AM. We arrived at the Lincoln Suite, and the doorman greeted us, saying that no key had been left. The reception was closed, and no key was left to access the room. We called the contact numbers, but no one answered. The doorman said that no one answered his calls either. I expect a full refund because at 4:00 AM we had to find another hotel.
