FADA Rwanda

FADA Rwanda (Feminist Action Development Ambition) is a Kigali-based feminist organisation that works with lesbian, bisexual, transgender and queer women, offering advocacy, community support, economic-empowerment projects and safe-space programmes. Same-sex relations are not criminalised in Rwanda, but social attitudes are conservative and most LGBTQ+ gatherings are shared privately rather than advertised. If you want to connect, contact the group through fadarwanda.org rather than turning up in person.
