My friend and I came here for my birthday dinner and we absolutely loved it! The food was incredible. The service was amazing, the staff were very attentive, engaging and kind. Khushi made a wonderful impression on us. Her service was positive, quick, and she made an effort to actually connect with us which made us feel very special and acknowledged as diners. She brought out some birthday truffles for me from the restraint for my birthday which was very lovely, and appreciated. We had a great time and would definitely come again. We ordered the happy hour small plates (one foccacia and one serve or potatoes) and we were charged for two serves of the foccacia and one and a half serves of the potatoes. When queried we were told that this was because there were more of us sitting here but we were not informed of this at the time of ordering. She also put the receipt in front of us while we still had a drink in our glass and brought the eftpos machine over and put it on the table while we were still drinking. When asked if she had to leave we were informed we did not. Great atmosphere apart from being over charged and feeling rushed to make payment

We’re not from Adelaide and ate here a few years ago and it was incredible so we booked again for a recent business trip. As soon as we walked in and saw only a handful of tables booked we thought this was odd. We looked at the menu and didn’t see many Greek dishes. We asked the waitress if it had changed hands, she said no and when asked for clarity she said “yes but the menu is the same”. I said it can’t be as the dishes before were all very Greek, she then said it’s Italian! I asked when was Lamb kofta skewer with mint yoghurt and more to the point Stracciatella peach chutney and curry leaf Italian? She completely dismissed me. I turned around and the entire staff including the kitchen with the exception of one was Indian. After one quick google search confirmed it was owned by Sharon Romeo and chef David Swain who had sold it. We walked out after being lied to on multiple occasions and the empty tables spoke volumes. Give it a BIG lying miss. At least the usual suspects are consistent.

Underwhelming On our list for a long time and after reading many reviews this place looked like a winner. Located on Flinders Street with a bright modern entrance. The interior is a mix of modern furniture, soft timber and granite tops exposed old brickwork providing a warm rustic charm. Quiet week night with our table of 5 and one other near us. Never a good sign! Our waitress was pleasant and we sat in one of the booth seats which comfortably holds 6 people. There is a mix of seating options booth, communal long table, standard tables and bar seating. Menu is concise with an al a carte and 4 or 5 course options. We started with the focaccia and Jamon Serrano. Focaccia was served warm had a nice flavour and paired well with the Jamon. The Jamon was a little dry didn’t melt in your mouth. We each ordered mains which took quite a long time to come out considering we were the only table waiting on food. The mains included porterhouse, brisket, Barramundi and lamb kofta. With sides of potatoes and green salad. Servings are small ! The lamb kofta’s were tiny. Had we known we would have doubled the serve of potatoes or added another side. Brisket was a pass and the porterhouse had a good flavours. Barramundi was cooked well. Potatoes were well seasoned although barely large enough serve for one, and the salad was quite salty and a little heavy on the vinegar. Overall disappointing and for the price certainly better options out there. 2/5

We came here after reading the great Google reviews. My partner our family and I decided to try it while we were on holiday in Australia. We also chose this restaurant to celebrate my cousin's birthday. When we arrived a member of the staff asked if we were celebrating a birthday. We said it was my cousin's and they mentioned they had something special planned, but nothing was ever brought out or acknowledged. The service started well and the staff were friendly and attentive. But after our mains and desserts were served, no one came back to check on us. We had to get someone's attention just to ask for the bill. Sadly, the food didn't meet our expectations. The focaccia was very thick with no air pockets and the main dishes were too salty. For $549, we expected much better. The toilets also had a very bad smell, and I couldn't use them. Overall, we left disappointed. We expected a much better experience based on the reviews.

Such a great venue. Second time here visiting from Melbourne. Seasonal menu. Beautiful food. Best service and very accommodating to dietaries. Did wish they had some gluten/dairy free desserts but im a big sweet tooth. 😋

First time dining at Fino Vino- the service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed . A fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Loved the food, big shout to the chefs… Looking forward to coming back!

My partner and I had the 5 course menu. In reality, we were treated to 4 courses of Starter/entree, one main course, and a "surprise" extra which was our desert (and that consisted of Pana Cotta plus Chocolate Truffles. All the courses were superb and we both left feeling that we couldn't eat another thing. We could see the food being prepared and plated up and all I can say is that the Chef was carrying this out meticulously and with love. The Service Staff were warm and friendly after we introduced ourselves and asked their names which always helps if you like to connect with people and have a better experience We both had a great night. Thank you.

The food was good but no more. We had a 4 course degustation plus desserts for 11 people. The service was wrong all night. The wine list had limited choices of Australian wine. The restaurant was noisy although only half full on a Friday night. Aha - ownership changed a few months ago.

This is a great restaurant. I was in Adelaide for 2 nights and on one night caught up with friends. We chose this restaurant based on reviews and were not disappointed. Service was excellent, the wine list is excellent (and interesting), the sommelier was super helpful in matching wines with our food, and the food was excellent too. We did the feed me and loved everything. Highly recommend.
