Geelong Rainbow Inc.

Geelong Rainbow Inc. is the volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisation at the centre of LGBTIQA+SB community life across the greater Geelong (G21) region. Established in 2018, it acts as an umbrella body connecting queer residents through social groups, support networks and a calendar of community events, and it organises the annual Geelong Rainbow Festival — the city's Pride march and fair day, usually held in early February at Johnstone Park. In a regional city without a dedicated gay village or bar, Geelong Rainbow is the practical hub for anyone wanting to plug into the local queer community, find peer support, or learn what is on. The group maintains an active website and social media presence with up-to-date event listings and contact points for youth, trans and family services in the region.
