The Capsule Hotel

I stayed for 4 nights in the female dorm and had a great experience overall. The best thing about this capsule hotel is definitely its location. It's right in the city center and close to everything. World Square is just next door, QV Building and Chinatown are about a 10-minute walk away, and the Opera House is around a 25-minute walk away. There is also a Coles supermarket directly across the street, and tram, train, and bus stops are all nearby, making it very convenient to get around Sydney. I also loved the capsule itself. It offers excellent privacy, and I appreciated that I could lock my bunk for added security. The hotel was very clean, with housekeeping every morning, and the kitchen was always well-maintained. There is a microwave available for guests, although cooking is not allowed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Communication was quick and easy, even through Instagram whenever I had inquiries. I would also like to commend the management for allowing me to have my parcels delivered to the hotel before my arrival, which was incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. I also liked that guests could leave their luggage at the hotel, and free towels were provided, which was a nice bonus. The bathrooms are a bit old, but they were kept clean, so it wasn't an issue for me. My only complaint is that the elevator was out of service during my stay, and the female dorm is located on the 4th floor, which made carrying luggage a bit challenging. Overall, I loved everything about my stay and would definitely come back the next time I visit Sydney. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Benny and the staff go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and well cared for.
