The Laird in Abbotsford has six men-only guest rooms upstairs from the bar, three with shared bathroom and three en suite. It is the only gay accommodation in Melbourne, and staying there puts you above the bear and leather crowd that has run the place since 1980. Collingwood and Smith Street are a short walk.
