The Flaming Galah es el primer y único local dedicado a la comunidad LGBTQ+ de Fremantle, un colorido bar y espacio de fiesta en Essex Street que abrió en 2022 y rápidamente se convirtió en el ancla queer de la ciudad portuaria. Espera espectáculos de drag, karaoke, bingo y noches temáticas en una sala cálida, campy y de "ven como eres" que atrae a una clientela local leal. Para los viajeros que se basan en Freo — a 30 minutos en tren de Perth — es la razón por la que no tienes que ir a Northbridge para una noche de fiesta gay. Came here on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and it was just lovely sitting outside in the sun. Got some drinks and food and waiter was lovely. Fantastic burgers, put together with love and chips were proper chips hand cut style. Also tried the loaded fries. Love that they’re on EatClub too!!

I came here for the Burlesque show tonight and I was absolutely blown away. Everything about this place is phenomenal. The atmosphere is unlike anywhere else, and you can truly feel the owner’s passion and heart in every little detail. The love and dedication poured into this venue and every event they organise is something really special. The Burlesque show was incredible – full of energy, talent and so much fun. And the cocktails? Simply out of this world. Every member of the staff made me feel genuinely welcome, creating a space where everyone can relax and be themselves. The Flaming Galah is so much more than just a bar – it’s a community built with love, kindness and inclusivity. Thank you for such a magical evening. I’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend it highly enough! ❤️
