Aurea Hotel Perth Kings Park

I have booked a night here and the booking through to the checking out was very simple and convenient. If you want a nice, clean and value for money place to stay, I would highly recommend the Aurea Hotel for the single traveller through to the extended family looking to travel interstate or from overseas.

This is not a 4 star hotel experience. Don’t be fooled by the slick advertising (as I was). I did not stay the night - and lost my deposit - room was 35degC on arrival, aircon did not work, tatty room and overall cramped hotel with lacklustre facilities. Not what you need when arriving after a 24hr overseas flight. I immediately left and booked into a real 4-star hotel.

Staff were so friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble , easy to walk from train or bus station at Elizabeth Quay , rooms were well thought out all toiletries there , even toothbrushes . Great hotel can’t wait to visit again

Very small room. Shower room is very dark which is very dangerous I called receptionist at night for water and he said I need to come down cause no one is with him. this is not 4 star hotel and no compensation for water outrage , no mention when check in It’s not even close to kings garden Only good thing is housekeeping team was very helpful

Simple yet stylish, this hotel offer’s comfortable, clean, nicely restored rooms. Conveniently next door to Mts Bay Hospital. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking for guests on site, though limited and are a first come basis, however we did find a couple of available bays each evening. Meals in the hotel’s restaurant were very much enjoyed too. Thank you for the experience team.

Location is good and most of the front desk receptionists are helpful. The biggest disappointment was with housekeeping. We stayed for 6 nights and our sheets were only changed once throughout our stay (And that was after we told the receptionist). Trash was not cleared and body gel wasn't replenished. We had to personally head down to get a bottle instead. I reckon front desk did pass on our feedback and 'complaints' to the housekeeping team. On the 5th day onwards, housekeepers were really unfriendly, showed attitude and didn't even acknowledge us while walking along the halls. On the 6th night, there seemed to be footprint marks on the sheets and hair everywhere under the sheet. Pieces of plastics and rubber band weren't even picked up so I'm not really sure what housekeeping is even for. It's evident that housekeeping isn't doing their job and it's really a waste to be staying here for the amount that we're paying. Terrible! Wouldn't stay here again

Exceptional customer service, my husband had surgery at the hospital next door, they allowed early check in, they checked on my emotional wellbeing. Room was immaculate. Huge bed, modern bathroom. Big tv. On 15 min walk to city centre. The only minor annoyance i experienced was trying to figure out he light switch panels. Very Frustrating But definately not a deterrent Thankyou qualify servicer staff

It was nice in itself, but for the price, you definitely expect much more. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, but very small. Which is okay, but not for that much money per night. The pool was okay for cooling off, but that was about it. Three sun loungers isn't exactly ideal. They could definitely do more with it. It was okay for two nights, but definitely not worth the price. The à la carte breakfast was very tasty. The buffet, on the other hand, was very meager. As I said, for the price, they definitely expect more.

Would definitely recommend looking for another accommodation where you get better quality for the same money. Reception lady with big glasses needs to revise her arrogant behavior or consider looking for another job if interaction with people annoy her that much. Otherwise friendly staff and special thanks to the amazing room service personal. Overall stay was disappointing. Definitely overpriced for what you get. Big glasses lady gave us a ‚quiet’ room but she was probably making a bad joke because the AC is extremely loud and sleep quality suffers enormously. Rooms are too small and poorly equipped with not even a chair. Tap water and complimentary water tastes awful like pipes are dirty and old. Hotel does not deserve the designation ‚4-star hotel‘, rather two.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to find. The handsome man at the front desk is very friendly and enthusiastic. Thank you very much.

Modern tech in the rooms, friendly staff ay checkin who were always around to answer questions. Slightly off the beaten track to walk to from town but it was a 38c day. Would stay again for sure

Staff very helpful, friendly. Rooms nice, spacious and with a balcony but needs a chair out there. Restaurant food delicious. Nice park across the road easy to walk.
