Professional and world-class across all areas. Warm welcome was given by Ms. Jessica, who I later knew is Front Office Manager. A very special thanks to Ms. Jessica, who assisted me in several ways including valuable advice about the hotel and its surroundings. Ms. Jessica was a hands-on and approachable leader, as too were Mr. Jeremy and Mr. Clement. On first floor, I thank also Ms. Rita and Mr. Charles. Most staff showed workable English proficiency that did not need translation. A bonus! All Lounge staff were extra attentive to details, warm in character as well as proactive. I met Ms. Jenny on first day and was then greeted by leader Ms. Mandy on the following day. The entire team are consistent in excellent service, with similar thanks to Ms. Serena, Ms. Niki, Ms. Ivy and Ms. May. For Breakfast, look out for Chef Eason. And to you as well, Ms. Fang, for looking after my room needs.

I was very satisfied with the hotel's comfort level. The transportation was also very convenient.

I checked in on my birthday, and they decorated for me and gave me a complimentary cake. The service was excellent, the facilities were great, and the à la carte breakfast in the lounge was very good. I suggest adding an à la carte option to the happy hour dining menu.

I love this hotel. The design is very stylish, the bed is great, and the sheets are very comfortable. The staff is very polite, and the breakfast has a wide variety of options.

Our flight was cancelled, and we had complications regarding calling the airline office. Jessica and Jeremy very kindly assisted us with calling the office, making arrangements for our refund. They went out of their way to help our family with our queries and calling the airline office (in which the line was extremely difficult to get through) and were extremely hospitable, ensuring we had everything settled despite the short stay. The receptionists were also very helpful by giving us specific directions to our destinations, warning us about any potential roadblocks and how to navigate our way around Wuhan. The Gold Lounge ladies gave personalised service to every customer, serving promptly and giving us tips on where to go in Wuhan such that we knew the local spots around. Even our housekeeper, 祝小芳, cleaned our rooms very well and took the initiative to make our stay extremely comfortable, unloading our laundry very kindly and giving us eye masks and plenty of bottled water since the weather was sweltering.
