My experience at this hotel was disappointing. There were crickets and other insects in the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Additionally, I was charged separately for a water bottle without clear prior information. Guests should be aware of these issues before booking. I hope the management improves hygiene standards and provides better transparency regarding extra charges.
