Gan HaZikaron (Memorial Garden)

Gan HaZikaron (Memorial Garden) in the Hadar district has a long-standing reputation as Haifa's after-dark gay cruising spot, most active on warm evenings. It is a public park, so discretion and awareness of your surroundings are advised; the area is quieter and less overlooked than the German Colony promenade. Israel is broadly safe and welcoming for LGBTQ+ visitors, but as with any outdoor meeting spot, use common sense after dark.
